I'm gonna be in Gonzales,LA for 2 weeks, I'll make sure I visit New Orleans!, but what else can I visit in 2 weeks in LA?, whatever's near (max 8 hrs drive..), I'm thinking something like rock and soul museum in memphis, I love oldies music from the area, johnny cash, Janis Joplin, Elvis... so first places that came to my mind were Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Memphis, Jackson, Missisipi River, all of which I've heard in songs... hahaha, but it'd be silly to visit places just because they were named in songs I like.. hahaha

I wanna meet people from the area too!, so if you know any bars or something that's okay too :)

what places do you recommend :)?

I also saw some really beutiful picture from Breaux Bridge!!

p.s. it's not business travel, so I do have the whole 2 weeks to visit lots of places!

about 2 months ago my kid fell in a store and bumped his head on a rack, the guy in the store called an ambulance, they asked for my name and address only, I gave them a friend's address, (where I was staying at)

Now they're sending my friend a 1200 bill, I had no idea an ambulance could charge this much for just a ride to the hospital!, which wasn't even necessary, since my kid didn't lose consciousness, he didn't vomit or anything, he was fine, he just cut his forehead and bled, about half an inch

I would NOT have taken this ride had I known about the 1200 dollar charge!, I even had my own car and followed them to the hospital!

I think maybe my boyfriend showed a passport to the security guard at the mall, and that's it, that's all the information they have from me

What's the best thing I can do in this situation?

some people have told me to try and get the store to pay it, since I could sue them if I wanted to..

I think this was an unnecessary ride, since my kid wasn't unconscious or anything.. and they did NOT tell me about a 1200 charge!,

what can I do? this ruins a lot of plans for me!!

según yo, soy 32C, pareciera imposible encontrar esa talla, y me rendí y me probé un 34C y me quedó chico de la copa!, pero grande del ancho, pff.. y ya la talla D tiene mínimo un 36!

todas mis amigas son talla 32B o 34B, por lo tanto realmente no saben lo difícil que es encontrar variedad en tallas y me recomiendan tiendas normales

2. alguien ha probado los diseños bonitos de frederick?, están buenos?los que tengo son normales, de los que soportan, pero no tienen un bonito diseño..

He buscado en playtex(de plazas outlet), sam's, todo galerías mty, el nuevo mundo, vicky form(es el mejor que he encontrado hasta ahorita, pero no tienen 32C), y en realidad, en cualquier tienda popular donde vendan bras... y nada!

I've had this breast pump for over 2 and a half months now, and I'm starting to hate it, so much!!!

I started workin FT 3 months ago, so of course I got one the best breast pumps there are, it really was great!!, but about a month ago it started losing suction, sometimes while I was pumping!, like I click for a good suction, and instead it goes all irregular doing 2, 3 or 4 tiny and irregular suctions, which, of course, don't get any milk out!, or maybe just tiny drops..., this started happening abt a month ago, but I didn't think it was such a big deal.. but it's getting worse, sometimes it just won't do any suctionat all (sometimes it does, except it starts acting crazy when I've already gotten abt 2 or 3 oz out..)

Help!, I don't know what to do, I even feel my body's failing to produce enough milk!, because of this f*cking sh*t not working!!!, plus my baby's almost 6 months, so with my baby's suction just twice a day and this thing failing sometimes.. I'm afraid of breastmilk going away

I nurse my baby in the morning, then off to work, where I pump 3 times, then come home and nurse him 1 more time, sometimes 2

I also used to pump abt 4 oz in the morning, my baby ate from one and I pumped the other, and got 4 oz.

Was I maybe using it too much?, I used to get between 4 and 7 oz every 3 hours, and now I get 2 oz whenever I pump, whether it is 3 hrs or 5, or 7!, just 2.. because this sh*t fails to keep going...

please help me!!! what can I do???

pero lo hice en un mechón y no me pasó nada!! (lo hice solo con un mechón por lo mismo, si no funcionaba, considerar otras opciones)

como puedo mezclar la henna para que me funcione?

I was with this guy, let's call him "X" for abt 5 yrs, (but I've liked him ever since I first saw him, when I was 11)

he's german, I'm mexican, I remember I said I'd love him forever, and he was so negative saying how you can't assure eternity and stuff, well, it's 8 yrs later (I'm 23), and I still love him, and I still feel I'll love him forever, I feel this strong need to be with him, like I run out of breath everytime I think we're not gonna spend the rest of our lives together, I wanna cry out loud and scream!

thing is.. two and a half yrs ago I met this other guy let's call him "Y", I was going through a rough time when I met him, I fell in love with him, I saw X again when me and Y were 3 months together.. I remember feeling numb about "X", but somehow I thought we'd still end up together!!..

I'm with "Y" 2 yrs 7months now.. and we have a beautiful baby boy, 4 months old..

I saw X again 4 months ago, and I went crazy, I never really stopped loving him (it was wrong of me.. to start a new relationship while I was still in love with him.. I know..), I thought about him every single day!

well.. the way I feel right now...

sometimes I feel I'm too tired to even kiss or hug "Y", most of the time I don't feel like kissing him, and I don't even wanna think abt marrying him!!, (being that we have a baby, it's obvious we'll get married someday)

but when I think about "X"... maaan!!, I feel like dying when I realize he's out of my life forever, I wanna be near him just so I can kiss and hug him, be with him all day, and I keep thinking how 4 months ago he told me he didn't care about the baby, how I'm the only one he ever really loved, and he'd take me and my baby!!

but I'd never leave Y, he knows how I'm feeling, (I'm being honest with both of them), and he's said his life would be over without me..

I don't know what to do, or think, or feel!!

I feel I love both of them, I wasn't unfaithful when I saw X, we only talked, (although loving him may be some kind of infidelity)

I'm even saving up to go to germany whenever I save up enough!!, because I wanna see him, it's so strong!!, I feel depressed everytime I think about everything I just wrote... I don't feel like eating or doing anything but sleeping...

Sometimes I think maybe going to a shrink would help!.. cuz maybe I just need somebody to listen...

or maybe I need some advice..

lo pregunto porque ya tengo 39 semanas 1 día, y aun no siento mucho, solo he sentido como desciende, y una que otra leve contracción falsa, pero solo 2 o 3 y bien leves

bueno, en realidad tengo varias preguntas, y he leído textos sobre eso, pero me interesaría más escuchar sobre experiencias que hayan tenido!!

la 1era: mi bebé nace en unas 2 o 3 semanas, y el eco ya dice que su cabecita tiene 40 semanas, y el fémur dice que tiene 38 semanas. dice el dr que está muy grande y estoy ganando mucho peso (he aumentado aprox. 15 kgs hasta ahorita.. pero en realidad si he comido bastantito jejeje).... puedo evitar la cesarea?

la 2da.el bebé ya está acomodado, pero dice el dr que aun no desciende, y tiene 2 o 3 semanas para descender, y quisiera saber como se siente cuando va descendiendo, y al cuanto tiempo antes del parto debe descender..

yo he sentido como una opresión en la parte baja de la pelvis, un dolorcito un poco agudo y centrado, eso es lo que se siente cuando desciende?

la 3era. como se sienten las contracciones falsas previas al parto, y cuando se sienten? dice mi mamá que solo se siente como un endurecimiento del vientre, pero teniendo 37 o 38 semanas, cada cuanto debería sentirlas? pues si he sentido eso pero no muy seguido

la 4ta pregunta. el dr. me ha dicho que cuando vienen grandes y nacen por parto natural, puede venir con discapacidades, pero, siendo hospital privado, en realidad creo que solo me quiere convencer de cesarea, es cierto?

Disculpen tantas preguntas!!, tengo muchas dudas, jejeje

o bien si me pueden recomendar un buen libro donde venga información sobre todo esto!!

As a kid (abt 12 yrs ago), I remember I had a football game that helped me learn to type with the correct fingering, it was so fun!, I sometimes played just for fun, after I'd already learned!

Now I need it, so that my bf can learn this way too, but I can't find it anywhere!

does anybody know the game I'm talking about?, I just remember I started little by little, introducing first f and j keys, then d and k, and so on..

if not.. does anybody know any FUN games to learn to type with the correct fingering?, he's trying out the ones at freetypinggame.net, but most of them are just to increase your speed

The only scents I can't stand are tobacco(but that's since always!).. and my boyfriend u.u

he's very understanding, but I can see that he's so sad about it, for us to have sex I need him to shower and brush his teeth very well before we do, I can't stand his scent at all!

At first I couldn't stand the scent of his hair, it smelled like grease.. so he changed shampoo and it's a bit better, but now I find this disgusting smell practically all over him: hair, mouth, sweat, even his skin! or I don't know what it is...

Also, I can't stand his touch... u.u, unless it's at night (and only some nights), we normally reach abt 105°F at day, and I feel his skin is always very hot, I feel a burning sensation all over my body every time he touches me...

I live in a very hot area, it's mostly abt 85 F at night, and abt 105 in the afternoon, and I don't have air conditioning in my house, plus.. I'm pregnant and I get those hot flashes, I'm constantly so frustrated because I can't do anything about it!, I don't have enough money for an air conditioner or something, and I heard there are some pedestal or tower fans that don't just circulate hot air, but they cool the air instead

and I saw this "quietset stand fan" from honeywell, (lasko has a similar one)

I've read some good reviews that they're really quiet and all, but I was wondering if they really do cool the air, or do they just circulate the same hot air?

The one from honeywell has 5 speeds, and the 5th one is named "extreme cool" or something like that... I don't remember

I need help with that!! T.T

Does anyone know this fan I'm talking about? if so, does it really cool air?
