Need to put a new disk drive in my son's 360. We ordered and have received a new one, identical to the old one, but have been told we have to "flash" the old one to get the info from it then transfer it to the new drive.

Have had it to 2 shops, pressure system put on it, it isn't holding pressure and is losing antifreeze at about 1/2 a gallon every day and a half or two days. The oil isnt milky and its not smoking like its burning oil, no moisture inside in the floor boards. Water pump is less than a year and a half old. Its a 3.1 engine with pretty high miles. Isn't burning alot of oil

Any suggestions as to what is going on with it?

Used it 2 days ago, it worked great, loaded it and turned it on last night and it wont come on. It has power, when i dial the knob through the cycles the "clean" light lights up just briefly then goes back off. Its only a few years old and does have a dial to control cycles and a push pad for a few extra cycles like hot water boost, heated dry and pot scrubber cycle.

I would welcome any suggestions as to what might be wrong with it before I haul it to an appliance repairman.

I'm not real educated on ferrets, we have 2 that we took in and have had for a while now. The older one, a neutered male albino has been sleeping more than usual. He comes out, eats, drinks and used the litter box but then goes right back into his sleep sack for a nap. The younger spayed female is still active, coming out to play. Should I be concerned that hes sleeping more? Do I need to try to find a vet who treats them to see what might be going on? Open to intelligent suggestions please?

Now I am told that they should have a title to the home just like a vehicle, so I went to the license branch to get said title and was told that the sellers ex husband is also on it and they cannot transfer it to me without his signature. She cannot locate him. Am I screwed or what? What options do I have in obtaining this title?

Can I plant the seeds that grow on the trumpet vine this time of the year and have new plants come up next year from them?

Took the access panel off to the wiring/burner mechanism and there is a black soot on the inside of the casing. Any ideas on what is going on with this thing and what the general repair would be?

I woke up 6 days ago to no heat. Called furnace repairman who came out that afternoon & started switching out parts on the furnace. He said he ordered a module from another city & it would be in on Monday, this was friday. In the mean time he installed a module and something else to "keep you warm through the weekend" "will fix it properly on Monday" Less than 12 hours after his "quick fix" it quit. So Monday afternoon he is there working on the furnace " think i got it fixed, but i wired your blower to stay on all the time" WTF??? Then he tells me, "it wasnt the module, it was the gas valve/switch" I replaced it. I am thinking where is the module we ordered? His explanation for fan always on was 'its going to go bad and might quit working" well...to me, wouldnt it quit working quicker if you keep it running all the time? it cools the house faster & makes the furnace come on more. He takes my old module, leaves the one that he put on on friday, no charge for new one

My furnace was cycling on and off so I replaced the thermostate. I set the heat anticipator the same on the new thermostate as it was set on the old one. At 1.2.

I live in a trailer. Are the furnaces in these different than houses? The instructions that came with the new thermostat said that if you cannot tell what the old anticipator setting is to set it on 6.

I have only moved in here so this is my first winter here and I would like to get this problem taken care of.

I noticed what looked like a small amount of oil in the coolant container on my 1996 Lumina. Took it to the shop and the man there tells me that the head gasket has started to seep, motor has 199,000 miles on it, and that I need to consider a replacement motor. Car body and interior is in excellent condition so his suggestion makes sense. But my question is, why replace whole motor instead of doing a new head gasket?

2 Summers ago I was in the Daytona area and am planning a trip back this summer. My question is, there is a small motel on the beach that has multi colored little cabins that you stay in instead of rooms. Does anyone know the name of this place? or even the phone number please? I want to book rooms here and cannot find the information that I thought I had brought back with me about it.

I used to use the Daytimer software to keep my appointments and address book updated and then used it to print it out yearly to update my book. My problem is that I have been unable to find the new software for this for the past year or so. Does anyone know where this is available or can you suggest a simliar software to use?

I just purchased a trailer home and paid cash for it. I have a bill of sale and receipt from the previous owners but was told I should get a "title" for it like you do a vehicle. When mentioning this to the previous owners, who bought this house new 10 years ago, they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. How should i proceed with this? I paid the spring taxes on it and have fall coming up soon, person at the court house said i need a "Title"

Any ideas are welcome.
