  • picky eater need diet help?

    Hello, I am a very picky eater and am looking for a nutrionally complete diet. It is easier to list what I will eat than what I won't. Can anyone give me a daily menu with these ingredients or even two days worth?

    meat: salmon, chicken, eggs and (boca meats)

    vegetables brocolli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage and any type of beans and lentils

    all fruit

    smuckers all natural peanut butter

    I will eat bread and wraps

    I can drink soy milk or 2 % if I hold my breath and chug is fast but prefer not to and will eat yogurt

    rice/whole wheat pasta

    Is there anyway to clean rusty chainlink..it is not rusted through or brittle..we just moved into a house and one side of the yard how brush and weeds all over the fence..the part where the brush was heaviest has rust on it..

    I recently bought a veggie burger mix at the health food store...you just add boiling water and let is sit 15 minutes and make pattys and cook.
