3 AnswersPain & Pain Management9 years agoWhat is this tree in our yard?
The thing pops up new trees from the root and now we have a small forest. It appears to be sumac but the tallest is a good 40'. It does not turn red like sumac and it doesn't have a red berry plume in fall. In early spring, after it leafs out, there is occasionally a lighter green 'plume' sort of. It is very airy, mostly stems. The bark is also much like sumac when small and fairly smooth as it grows taller. My sister once called it 'bird of paradise'.

explained. I cannot put her through cleaning as often as is needed and she is near impossible to let me brush. Is there an enzyme product I can use on her food or as a treat. She will not chew on anything, so that is out.

Any solution that worked for you?? The options given by doctors are not acceptable. She has an IUD and must protect herself from pregnancy and her doctor has no effective alternative worth doing. I'm looking for things she can try naturally and without side effects to ease her PMS.
2 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoHelp me understand what is proper written use of the apostrophe?
when using 's, s, and s'.
I was taught
My dog's....= my dog is
My dogs..... = more than one dog
My dogs'....= something belongs to my dog.
It seems that modern spell check doesn't see it that way and those I have asked do not recognize a 'possessive' (s'). Is it old school???
