I have 3 kids ages 10, 13, 16 who are all overweight (including us parents). We are starting to work out as a family and want to offer the kids some incentive to keep it up. The oldest and youngest are boys and the middle child is a girl. What are some simple ideas for rewards we can offer them for meeting small goals?
