What is your favorite mixed drink using Malibu Rum?

MEKONG!!!!

1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum

1/2 oz peach schnapps

1/2 oz strawberry schnapps

1/2 oz banana liqueur

1/2 - 3/4 oz melon liqueur

1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

1/2 oz orange juice

1/2 oz pineapple juice

1/4 - 1/2 oz pina colada mix

1 dash 7-Up® soda

1 splash heavy cream

Mix the first ten ingredients (malibu, peach, strawberry, banana, melon, blue, orange juice, pineapple juice, pina mix, 7-up) in a shaker. Pour into a hurricane glass, then top with cream. Serve with fresh fruit (except lime), and some filberts if desired.

By the way this will destroy you.....but it is delicious....

My favorite is a mixture of 1/2 Malibyu Rum and then add 1/2 Malibu Rum,,

I love malibu rum with oj and pj but i also like it with coke....any other suggestions??

I am partial to Malibu Bay Breeze (malibu, pineapple juice, cranberry juice)... I like it better with banana malibu though... However, after reading the other answers, I'm anxious to try Tory J's drink!

usually for the malibu drinks i make

i use a party cup put 1/4 of the cup wiht malibu then i fill the cup up wiht orange juice so the is about 3/4th of drink in there and the rest i add monster energy drink and its actually pretty good

There is a lot of ground to cover here... Simple drink would be an Amaretto Sour. Complex drink would be a Long Island Iced Tea. I love making Apple Martinis for my girlfriend, as I make them different than the receipe. I use 2 oz Apple Pucker to 1.5 oz of top shelf Vodka.

This is the best pina colada very easy:

1.5 oz coconut rum

6 oz pineapple juice

mix together in shaker

add

2 oz cream and shake

pour over ice.
