  • This isn't an online affair, right?

My boyfriend of 4 years knows that I chat online with my guy friend who has a girlfriend. I usually tell my boyfriend about most of our conversations... but there are just some stuff I confide in to my friend that I rather keep private from my boyfriend. Mostly because I venting about my boyfriend. hahaha

Anyways, mutual friends of ours have been noticing we've been online more than usual on a social networking websites and raising suspicion. (It's true, every time we see one another online we start chatting. Usually, he initiates the conversations.) I assure them we're just friends for years so we're chatty. A few would say something like, "But you, guys, weren't that close of friends as you are now." (Yes, we hardly spoke a few years back and just saw each other at parties. Today, we chat about 3 times a week and only see each other at parties. Parties= 7 times a year for our friend's b-days.).

All it is, is harmless bantering back and forth, well wishes, and updates on life in general and its effects when we chat. We usually make each other laugh which is why I enjoy chatting with him. To me it's friendly conversation, to my one particular friend who planted the seed- it's a start of a bad direction into affair.

So, I would like to know what the general public think of this situation. Does this seem like regular friendly conversation or a start of an online affair?

(I would not like to thank my friend for implanting the online affair seed into my head. Which now made me paranoid of chatting to my guy friend on that particular site. A sarcastic~ Thank you.)

  • Don't you hate it when someone is texting during a movie?

So, yesterday I saw Ghost Town at the local Harkins Movie Theater and wanted to enjoy the movie BUT two rows ahead of me to my far right and 8 rows ahead to my far left were two people texting THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE MOVIE. It wasn't really the texting. It was the annoying bright light that disrupts my vision. Seriously, what is so darn important to text during a movie? NOTHING. If it was that important, they would have left. But they didn't, so it must be pointless and stupid like them. (MORE VENTING!)

But who else here hates it when someone texts during a movie?

  • Anyone know a good ballroom dance studio in Orange County, CA?

My best friend is getting married early next year but she's not the greatest dancer in the world and neither is her fiance. They're worried about their first dance as a couple. So, does anyone know a good dance studio for them to learn basic ballroom steps within Orange County, CA?

  • What does Chinese name Lai Hing mean?

My late grandmother bestow the name, Lai Hing, on me and I don't know what it means. I know that Lai means heavenly but I'm not sure about Hing. My dad, who is my grandmother's son, isn't sure either and he speaks Cantonese.

    BTW, my grandmother spoke Cantonese.

  • What do you think of the name Zumaly for a girl?

The girl will be 1/2 Irish/Brit, 1/4 Mexican/French, and 1/4 Chinese. I'm hoping for her to have hazel blue eyes like my French grandfather or her Irish/Brit dad.

We are very mix in our family.

We are also thinking Elizabeth Keira (yes, we got that from POTC)?

But please be brutally honest about the name. Thank you!

  • Has anyone ever been shocked by their ipod earphones?

Recently, I noticed that when I turn the volume up on my ipod my ears feel a prickly feeling like little needles poking me in the ear. At first, I thought it was one of my long hairs from the top of my head but after I put my hair in a ponytail. The shocking continued. I even rubbed my fingers along the earphones to see if something was sticking out of it but nothing. It was all smooth.

So, I was wondering if anyone ever experienced this with their ipod earphones?

  • Is it 'til or till?

I'm just getting confused on the correct spelling of the short version of until. Is it 'til or till? The first one looks correct to me and the latter reminds me of a machinary or old english. So which is correct? 'Til or till?

  • Disney Dining Plan, Annual Passport Food Discounts, or Cook Our Own Food?

I'm planning a trip to Walt Disney World in November, but my group can't decide which is a better deal for us. We're staying at one of the Villas which means we'll have a full kitchen. So, we were thinking about cooking most of our food but there's the dining plan deal and the annual passports with its discounts that sounds very tempting. So, what do you think is the better deal (and cheaper) a 7-day pass with the dining plan ($587.00 plus tax) or an annual passport with 20% off on dining (Pass alone is $480.00 plus tax. We get a special discount) or should we cook our own food (cost involves hiring a taxi or taking a bus to drive us to the nearest shopping center, buying food supplies and 7-day passes which is $315 plus tax)?
