Ok so I'm on "The Regimen" by Daniel kern. And I've only been doing the routine once every night using just one dot of benzoyl peroxide. Should I keep moisturizing after shortly stopping the regimen?? Im going to quit using benzoyl peroxide since I heard it's bad for your skin. I'm also mostly cleared up and don't want a horrendous breakout but certain spots are bound to show

I'm wanting to start the caveman regimen which is where you stop using facial products and just wash your face with water. My skin was never bad in the first place and I want to go back to just using water. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Ok I have been using The Regimen from acne.org for about 4 months now. I'm a 19 year old male and I use the treatment once a day at night and I have only been using a small dot of the benzoyl peroxide.

I really want to stop using the regimen and want to never go back to an acne treatment.

What's the best plan of course? Should I gradually stop by using it once every other day?

So I've used proactive for almost 3 weeks now and there hasn't been any improvement. But it hasn't gotten worse either. I have moderate acne for now, but should I just take a week off the stuff and see what happens?

I have the Windows installation disc. My computer got the blue screen of death. Now whenever I boot up to my desktop the blue screen pops up in a couple of minutes. Should I use Startup Repair or System Restore? I didn't update anything recently
