It is happy to here Govt of India decided to spent 7000 Crores for buying distributing mobile telephone to Below Proverty Line families in account of Mahabali's arrival in Onam. Now mobile phone is available to fish distributing women,coconut plucking men Berger'ss etc etc. It is sad to note that only few of them have touch screen mobile. Govt decided 7000 crores only to purchase mobile phone which is notsufficientt for touch screen mobile . If the amount forpurchasingg mobile is increased will also help poor Companies and middle stand our politicians and Officers.
