I'm trying to track down a recovery disk for a Dell Optiplex 320, and Dell is trying to make me pay $49 for 'expired warranty service' before they allow me the privilege of purchasing a replacement.

Is recovery-disks.com a scam?

Any other ideas for tracking down a disk that will reinstall XP/restore to factory defaults?

I got a set of aftermarket wheels for my car, and the offset is a little greater. It only takes 6.5-7 turns to tighten them, as opposed to the 10.5 turns for my stock steel wheels.
