I received an odd call today. I couldn't answer it, so they left a message. The dude said he was a detective...and asked for me with my maiden name. He said he was calling in reference to a fraud case and provided a case number. He said he needed to get a statement from me to clear my name...any idea? I have never been involved in fraud. Apparently, the area code is from the dallas/ft. worth area. I am in California. Wondering if this is a scam call. I did call back...it went to a cell phone voice mail. Left message...nothing yet.

Hi. This is very difficult for me. I can't sort through this, and would like some advice. My 8 year old told me a few days ago that he accidentally put his mouth on my other son's (2 years old) private area. He said they were taking a bath one day and he slipped and his mouth landed on his little brother's private area and immediately removed it. He said it has been bothering him ever since. Normally, they do not ever take baths together because I don't feel it is safe without adult supervision. He did this while we were asleep one morning (early). My husband thinks it has happened intentionally and more than once. I talked to our 8 year old and he promised it was just that time and only an accident. We talked about boundaries and space and privacy. He seems to get it. But I just want some advice. Should I get him to a therapist or just drop it and monitor his closeness more? Thank you.

I have a Sony Vaio Model PCG-GRT-250P laptop. The LCD is busted. When trying to connect an external monitor and with it connected to the serial port, the external monitor works, but transfers back to the LCD during start-up. I cannot find anything to make the external monitor default in the bios. Fn+F7 should switch to the external monitor, but doesn't. Is there a way to transfer to the external monitor permenantly or after start-up?

We knocked down a portion of a wall closet that backs up to our bathtub. We were looking for possible black mold. We didn't find but a tiny patch of black mold on a portion of the sheet rock. We are trying to replace the knocked down portion right now, but we found some bugs. We do not know what they are and would like to know if anyone knows if these could be harmless or dangerous. They are clearish white in color, about 2mm in length, they wiggle (walk)...can't see any legs. They have 2 body segments. They are in little dirt tunnels alongside the wallstuds. We looked up ant larvae pictures and it does not look like that. Any ideas?

My husband's family....whom I am coming to the realization that I do not like anymore. Well, they are super religious. My husband and children and I are not. One of his brothers and his parents will not include my kids (my 3) in their family count (3 from a previous marriage and 2 with my husband and I)...for instance, they refuse to consider themselves an aunt, uncle, or grandparent only to my 3. They also decide to send my husband a gift at Christmas time and not myself or the kids. Even though I am the one who sends gifts out to everyone in his family for birthdays, anniversarys, and holidays. I am very polite and include everyone. I never get a thank you. They can't even bother to acknowledge the gift by sending a thank you, a note, or call. I am upset because I feel like they purposely exclude me and my 3 kids. Am I in the wrong? Am I just over-reacting?

My husband's family is different from my husband and I. They (2 brothers...both married with children, and 1 sister, and of course his parents) are religious. We are not. I am very polite in sending gifts to all of them for every occasion....birthdays, anniversarys, Christmas....some never thank us or even acknowledge that they received the gift. His sister and at times his other family chose to send only my husband a gift during his birthday and the holidays and I feel like they purposely exclude me. The gifts are strictly for him...shirts, whatever....what do I do? I feel excluded. Do I ignore and continue the gift giving or do I drop the gift giving because of this? Thanks!

My husband and I have 5 children! Our last two are only 10 months apart! Needless to say, I am very fertile. So is my husband. We delivered our 5th baby in August. My husband had a vasectomy in late July of this year. Our baby is 5 weeks old now, and still no period. I am normally very regular. I do have some symptoms...tender breasts, tired, feel like I have to throw up at times, headaches...but, also, I do drink wine in the evenings...1 glass. I have also been walking/jogging 2 miles a day. We are healthy and young. I am not breastfeeding. My husbands sperm count was zero in mid August. You should know that he ejaculated about 20 times...and we have sex everyday and sometimes twice a day....so, I am wondering if the sperm count could have been inaccurate...or if by chance anyone has gotten pregnant that quick after their husband had a vasectomy? Please remember that we did get pregnant with our last one when our fourth one was about 4 weeks old.

We are due this week with baby # 5. The name is still up in the air! We know the middle name will be Michael.

We are due with our 5th child! Our youngest is 9 months old...so, they will be less than 10 months apart! His name is Huckleberry, but we call him Huck! We would like a fitting name along the same lines of being original and older. We definitely want Michael as the middle name. Here are the names we have it narrowed down to:

So, my sister in law...let's call her Mimi....she is my husband's brother's wife. She is an odd person and has continually been a sneak towards me. Let me explain:

1st - she is always trying to put my husband down behind his back as if he is stupid.

2nd - when I had a myspace account, she would check out my calendar and call up my mother in law and spill out every detail of our life. Granted my mother in law doesn't really care for her either because of several incidences she and her family have pulled. We don't care that my mother in law knew our calendar but to call her up behind our backs just to discuss that we found weird. She would then compete with me on myspace (immature, I know). I would post a variety of what I was doing everyday...and she would post the same exact thing but try and make it sound better! For instance I had posted on Father's Day, "I am spoiling my hubby on Father's Day"...she then posted, "I am spoiling my hubby even more on Father's Day". This would have been fine if she actually was human enough to respond to my polite and kind comments I would leave her on her myspace.

3rd - my hubby and I are 7 months pregnant and decided to have a co-ed baby shower hosted by ourselves. I sent the invites out on a Monday...they would have received theirs on Tuesday (based on past mail experiences)....Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Mimi and she left me a voicemail saying, "Hi, I wanted to let you know I can't make it to your baby shower...I saw on your myspace that it is August 3rd. (we deleted our myspace account 2-3 weeks prior). My friend is having a baby shower the day before and I am obligated to be there because she is my friend." With the invites I included a slip of paper with our registry info. She then said, "I was wondering if you are registered at Target or anywhere."

I never called her back. I had my hubby call her hubby (his brother) that evening to let them know where we are registered. She has a history of lying to her husband so we wanted to make sure he knew he was invited. She claims they never received the invitation to this day. We think she threw it away based on the fact that she bought off of our registry before even knowing where we were registered at.

At this point I want nothing to do with her and my hubby feels the same way.

We don't want to jeopardize our relationship we have with my hubby's brother though.

Any thoughts and advice?

My son is turning 10 on the 18th. His party is this Friday night. He loves playing football .... I need some unique gift ideas for him. Thanks!

My husband and I are ttc. We miscarried (chemical pregnancy - 4 weeks preggers) on December 6. I am on a 28 day cycle. My doctor gave us the flag to go ahead and try whenever we felt ready to. We decided to try again right away. I had ovulation pain on the 17th and 18th of December. My boobs are enlarged and have blue prominent veins going to the nipples. I have been having ligament pain in my lower ab/pelvic area. I have also been nausea, light-headed, and have had an elevated body temperature.

I am due for my period on Saturday. This morning when I went to the bathroom I had light pink spotting only when I wiped. It is still there (has been about 1.5 hours) but only when I wipe and barely even pink.

If you miscarried and got pregnant again...how soon did you try and how soon did you conceive?

Ok...my hubby and I are ttc. My last period was 12/6. My cycles are 28 days. We do not smoke, drink, and we do eat healthy! We were preggers last month, but it ended up being a chemical pregnancy :(

We bd'ed everyday and around ovulation time we did skip every other day to build up the sperm (as the doctor said to).

My period should be here on Thursday. I have been feeling weird lately (since last week). Sore boobies, fatigue, nausea, and cramping. It does feel like AF is coming, but even stronger than ever before. My boobies are sore in every inch of them...and my cramping is like a tug and a pull type with lower back pain.

Did anyone else have these symptoms before AF was due and ended up being preggers?

I am pregnant...hopefully still! I will be 5 weeks next week. My pregnancy was confirmed via blood test on Monday. Yesterday I started spotting very very very transparent pink...and then it turned dark red and was never a flow but would come out when I would go pee. Never any tissue. No cramping either. Today the bleeding has minimized back to a very very light spotting. Has this ever happened to you and was everything ok?

My LMP was November 6. I have a normal 28 day cycle. We are TTC...and took ovulation tests on November 16 and it was positive. I am assuming I ovulated on November 19, and conceived on November 20. I took an Early Pregnancy Test (Answer) on November 30 (3 of them), 2 on December 1, 1 on December 2, and 1 today (December 3). Today (this afternoon) I took a urine test at the family doctor's office and it was negative...so, when I got home I took an Answer Early Test and it is positive. I did blood work today after the doctor and will get results tomorrow.

I do have the following symptoms:

* sore/tender breasts

* nausea

* lower back pain

* headaches

* tooth aches

* dizzy

What do you think?

What do you think? What do you think about the BBT and CM? Is that normal or a pregnancy indication?

Ok. I am 30 years old. I have 3 healthy children (of which 2 where conceived while on birth control). My husband and I are ttc. I ended my birth control pills (Ortho Tri Cyclen) on October 2. I bled lightly on October 11 and 12. I know I ovulated because I had an ultrasound done on October 29 and was told I was ovulating. Was told I have a small normal functional cyst on my right ovary (wouldn't have from before because I was on the pill). After looking it up, the functional cyst could have been the follicle waiting to release the egg or perhaps the corpus luteum after the egg was released. I am due for my period on Nov. 8. I have the following: nausea, lightheaded, dizziness, butterfly feelings in lower ab., headaches, tender & swollen breasts. On Saturday I had a small glass of wine...when we got home, I passed out and vomitted. I was hot and then cold. Very dizzy. I never ever get sick from wine. Took hpt today and showed negative. Chances?
