They suggested to me that I come back for another scan in 8-10 days as it may have been too early - possibly only 5 weeks pregnant. My doctor instead got me to have a blood test (to check that I am pregnant). Now I can't get it out of my head that I may have a blighted ovum.

Should I go back to my Dr and ask to get another scan to see if they can see a baby now? (I am nearly 9 weeks now) I think I will go mad having to wait to have my scan at 12 weeks!

Because I am friends with them (and I deal with one on a professional basis), I have listened to them previously and taken/looked through their magazines. But now they want to come around on a regular basis - are they trying to convert me?? I have an open mind and like to know different opinions but I am not really interested in what they are offering (plus my kids and I really like celebrating birthdays/Christmas etc!).

How do I let them know without losing the friendship? (and there is only so many times you can pretend to not be home!!!- childish I know!)

I have had an ultrasound done and a mammagram and the diagnosis came back - 5mm solid mass - features are non specific but overall suggest benign pathology or skin lesion. Saw a surgeon today and he basically discounted it as just changes while breastfeeding - come back in 2 to 3 months. Should I be more concerned? Even if it is a benign mass - will this go away/stay/should it be removed/should a biopsy be done to make sure??

I have a kirby carpet cleaner and just wanted to know if you can shampoo your carpets each week or if this is a bit excessive? I have small children and pets in the house and like to keep it clean.

I have been told they are "midgees"? and are small enough to get through flywire. They have only started coming thru since a/c was turned on and has been worse last couple of days. My house has been professionally sprayed by pest controller. The insects are falling down on floors/bench/beds etc directly underneath the vents -VERY YUCKY!! Sick of trying to clean them up - PLEASE HELP. WHAT CAN I DO??
