  • What should i do about jealous in-laws?

My husband and i have been married for about 2 years, we have a son that is 17 months old and is the first grandchild on both sides. My mother and father in law both work different shifts. Their shifts change weekly so when one is working graveyard the other is working days. However, my parents work Monday through Friday 8-4:30 and off on the weekends. My mother also has to take my son to daycare and me to work daily until i can afford to get a new transmission in my car. My mother-in-law tends to get jealous of the time that my son spends with my parents. She doesn't see my son as much as they do but it is because my mother takes me to work every single day and because of the shifts that she and her husband work. She comes off like the victim in this situation and tries to act like i am trying to keep my son from her. I have not. But she waits until the last minute to contact me when she wants to keep him and by then i have already made plans. I've tried talking to her, now what?

  • Should i file for Bankruptcy?

I am about to go through a divorce and although the state may issue me child support money, i am kind of expecting the worse because i have kind of learned to do that with my husband because he's not very reliable...the reason for divorce. Anyway, if i get stuck without child support money, i will only be able to afford my basic utilities and rent. Should i go ahead and file for bankruptcy...or is there a way where i can avoid it? I mean i have student loans, medical bills, taxes owed and a couple of credit cards....what should i do?

  • Modern Home Decor?

Does anyone know of any good sites where i can find some cool modern home decor? I am trying to kind of modernize my entire home instead of looking so country and traditional.

  • Should i say something to the lady at my sons daycare?

Yesterday, i picked my son up from daycare and he had this big red mark right below his eye (like someone had pinched him) and it is still swollen. The teacher that was there when i picked him up said that she didn't know what happened to his eye and that it was like that when she got there that afternoon. So i asked his teacher in the morning time what happened and she just kind of blew if off like he fell or something. But that isn't what it looks like. It looks like something pinched him because you can see where the blood has risen to the top of his skin and has been swollen for two days. Should i say something to the owner or just let it go?

  • Should i move out or should he?

I currently live with my husband but i think we are fixing to get a divorce. The home we live in now, with our one year old son is a rental home. I feel like it would be easier for him to leave than for me and the baby to have to leave even though i am the one who is wanting out of the marriage. Because this place is what my son knows as home. Should i leave or should he? And what do i do if he will not leave?

  • What should i do for my son's first birthday?

My son is turning a year old this month. I can't think of any cheap ideas about having a party for him. There is a lot of tension between my parents and my in laws so i want to try to have it at a neutral place. But i can't have it at my house because my house is too small. There's really not a lot of places to have birthday parties for children in my hometown. Also, it's January so it's still too chilly outside to do anything outside. What should i do?

  • My husband will not take responsibility...?

My husband will not take responsibilities for his actions. Every time he screws up he wants me, his mother, his sister, his grandmother or his friends to clean the mess up for him. I am so frustrated. He will not help with our son. He's got our finances all out of whack and of course he wants me to clean that up. We got into it the other day and instead of calling me at my mothers to talk to me, he had his mother and his sister to call me. I can't get him to grow up for anything. He also has no ambitions and he is completely satisfied living from pay check to pay check. I work everyday and i still have to do everything around our house otherwise it will not get done. He thinks that if he is off of work he should get to sleep or do whatever he wants but i don't get to do that when i am off of work.

  • Should i divorce my husband?

My husband and i have been married for about 18 months. We have a 12 month old son together. I love my husband and i don't think that i will ever stop but sometimes i can't help but to believe that my son and i would be better off without him. When we first got together i had to go behind him and clean up his messes- where he wrote hot checks, where he got tickets and had warrants for his arrest, etc. I got all of that cleaned up. And i was still having problems with him keeping a job. I was working 50 hours a week at Popeye's Chicken and he was working for a guy who wasn't even taking taxes out of his check, therefore leaving me to also owe about $1800 in taxes to the state and the IRS. This was after i told him over and over that this was going to happen and he swore differently. He's now so far behind on his bills that we're about to get evicted and he's got a ton of new hot checks out AGAIN?!?! He also lies to me all the time about where he's going, what he's doing, and @ money.
