I usually swim every summer and now I stopped to focus on school. I recently started swimming again and my 25m freestyle is ridiculously slow. It's 29 seconds... I'm astonished how slow I got, is there anyway to improve?

If it helps I'm 14 years old, 6'0 ft and 147lbs with 11.2% body fat.

I own a restaurant in a shopping center. There is a curb and then a little inward dip few inches ahead of the curb in the parking lot. One day, a lady ordered food for take-out and once she got everything she went outside and fell on the inward dip in the parking lot. She sued the landlord and now the landlord is dragging me into the situation because she ordered from my restaurant. What is the simplest way I can get out of this situation?

So my mom just checked the phone bill for the first week of this month and saw over 5,900 messages from me and her back and forth only so she gave me a talk and told me to stop talking to her, I couldn't really do anything so I just nodded my head and agreed. My parents restaurant has been robbed, a few days back. They stole 4-5 cases of Root Beer, 4-6 cases of beer and TOWELS (???). We own a medium sized area. There is a back storage room, with a entrance from the restaurant and the outside. None of the windows were broken. We called the police and they said, "It was a inside person and they had to know the area very well." Then we asked the alarm company why the alarm didn't ring. Ever since my sister was born, I wasn't even born yet. My dad would always argue with my mom. If he gets just a little angry he starts to yell and throw things on the ground and break stuff. My sister suffered as she told me, pretty much every Thursday when the head chef is off work he would get angry and get into another argument (oopps :P i forgot this is my parent's restaurant) She told me when they argued they just throw her into the office and lock the door. Our family of 6 people when I was born. All 5 of us hate him... my grandparents live with us because my mom doesn't want them to live in an retirement home, plus there happy to see their grandchildren :). When I was born well I lived in China for 1 year of my baby life :D. Then my mom came back from China and I was around 1 and a half years old. I heard yelling, and shouting. I knew it was another argument and guess what. Me and my sister were thrown into the office again :P. Let me just say my dad has been to jail two times... because of these arguments. First time he threw a table at my mom yes a "TABLE" at the restaurant and the customer called 911 and took him in. The second time was my doing. I told police officers that my dad strangled my mom. He went to jail! Soon after he came back from jail he started to argue at the restaurant then bring the matter at home late in the night. It was very irritating seeing all the yelling and hands waving.

Tonight, Well first lets go over what happened before about 3 days ago, he was yelling again and he came home all mad and angry so we all mad at him and hes alone. So tonight, i'm sitting there playing on my PS2 trying to finish my Sly 2: Band of Thieves walkthrough for youtube and he come up and starts yelling at me saying I took his TV remote and i'm using it at this tv because the remotes work for both tvs. I responded by saying in a normal tone that this is the remote for this room you must've lost it. Then guess what he does he runs up to me HD Camera and breaks it! Yes he grabs it downs it on the ground and steps on it. Then guess what he pulls on my controller and rips the wire then grabs my ps2 and throws it on the ground luckily i have the fat version so it didn't break. My mom and grandparents tell him to calm down. He starts to insult me and he runs away breaking my rock band 2 custom $150 drum set then breaks a chair. Breaks my $100 Violin Stand. Knocks over our water dispenser. Guess what my mom and grandpa did. ROFL they acted like SWAT and tackle him and pin him down. I was grabbing the phone and asking if I can call 911. My parent's restaurant in a shopping center, is getting harassed by landlord. It is not about rent, he does it for no reason... It used to be normal. NOW! There is parking rules. We cannot park in this place, WHICH WE PAY FOR NOTE I SAID PAY FOR... My parents believe that that old, messed up man hates us. He SHUT our hose. saying, "Closed by the Landlord, No Use Allowed" He TOWS our customer's cars. He is RUINING our business. People are too scared to even come into the shopping center now. I swear my dad told me that its about 3 customers come in here almost daily and say, " Are we allowed to park there, I got a warning about getting my car towed, if you I don't move my car. Also, This is the worst thing about this damn landlord. He DOESN'T reply. He doesn't give a crap. He doesn't care about the shopping center. The old landlord was checking and cleaning the center paying for it himself, just to make it pretty. Now, its looks like a piece of trash. Plants are dying, Trash everywhere and hiring horrible shopping center managers. Is this even legal? Help Us,What should do?
