I know a stud isn't a great idea for the first piercing. I read that a ring is the best, but i don't want that whole ring on my nose. I like just the jewel resting on top. So would a screw be better?

Any tips or ideas about nose piercing would be awesome. Thanks!

I am going to be sixteen in may. I applied for a job to start working in June. I turned it in today. The manager looked through it and scheduled an interview for Monday.

I'm TOTALLY excited. :D

I know i'll do great, but my friend texting me saying that she saw that you have to be sixteen years and 6 months old. Is that true? That seems kind of weird...

and talk about toal buzz kill. I'm kinda worried and sad now because i really want that job!

I am going to be 16, and today i got 5 applications. I filled them all out and am going to get a sixth one when i turn the other five in. I felt discouraged because i have no job experience, and i am nervous that no one will hire me. I know that if given an interview, i can definitely have a great chance at a job. Not to sound conceited, but i have a great personality for a job. They are all in the mall. How long will it take after i turn in he application before someone will call for an interview?

I did put on the applications (the ones that asked) that i will not start working until June 15th. I put that i am available at any time from monday through friday.

I just learned how to drive today. It started in a praking lot. I backed out, drove around, did stop signs with other traffic (this was a busy parking lot), and parked. I went on a frontage road to get a hand on the speed. I did a four way stop sign, an underpass turn around, stop lights, turn into a Stripes, and then wenton the expressway!!! It's so fast and scary :O

But i didn't hit any curbs, or any person :)

Right now i am kind of getting annoyed with myself. I get so TIRED of feeling bad about myself. It's all because i feel like i have what i need. I actually feel confident about myself, unlike anytime before. I feel like i am what somebody is looking for. I'm a great person to be around, honestly, and i am not full of myself...I would be so awesome with self-esteem if one STUPID LITTLE thought would stop creeping into my head:

"You feel so good about yourself", it says, "and yet NOBODY likes you like that. Nobody wishes to date you."

DAMNIT. can't i feel good about myself without some stupid little voice bringing me down?

This is honest. this is not stuck-up. I don't think i am all that, i am just laying out the facts because i feel like something is wrong...

I'm not a bad person. people tell me i'm a really nice and cool person. I'm a great friend. I'm not skinny, but i'm not fat. I have green eyes and brown curly hair, which i think make me look nice. I'm not much to look at, but i'm not the person you turn your head away cause i am ugly.

Nobody likes me. ever. I've had a boyfriend or two, but that was in middle school. I'm now a sophomore, and nothing. I dress girlier, i am lighter, thinner, have boobs now and am a better person.

I used to wish i had a boyfriend because i wanted to be loved. Now i want one because i know i can love someone so much. I want somebody to love, you know? I'm not the typical perosn a guy likes. I don't know why, but i don't care. I just wish there was someone i could love. And i mean love in a way i can't love friends or family. I want that someone because i know that they won't regret it. I know i'd make an awesome girlfriend. When will i get my chance?

I have an assignment in Chemistry. I've done all of it except this one part. It asks for the cations and anions. This is what I get:

So i got this guy's number. I like him. It's either he likes me back or he's a big flirt. I'm hoping the flirt isn't the case... Anyways, i got his number today. I texted him just saying hey and that that was my number so he would have it. he texted Kool. I just sent a smile back. I don't want to text him again because i don't want to be annoying. Im nervous. Like what do i do... Do i wait for him?

Okay, so i really like this guy. I think the feelings are mutual. I talk to hmi everyday, but it's more on a school/funny aspect. I don't text him or even have his number. I don't talk to him about like relationships or love life kind of stuff. I don't have a close firend that has a friend of his or any kind of ties. How do you go from totally clicking with someone to anotehr stage? How do you even suggest or hint that you want to be something more serious?

I really think it could work, and i haven't felt that way about someone in a very long time. But, what next?

im doing polynomial functions. it is asking if the equation is a polynomial function. But it has pi as an integer. Is this true?

don't believe in love at first sight. I knew his guy before, but i had never really talked to him. One day it randomly happened to be that we walkd together to class. The conversation was so easy, and it was interesting. I felt really comfortable around him, even though this was our first real conversation. I don't know how to explain it other than we totally clicked. Well, I'm thinking it's a "we" and not an "I". Since then, we walk together a lot. He was the last person i thought i would like. I had gone through a lot of people in my head of potentials, and he wasn't even close. But talking to him for that first time, i couldnt help it... I ended up liking him.

I'm not sure if this is going anywhere, and i don't know if he felt the connection i did. After thinking about it, this is the first guy i can actuall list reasons why i like him. What usually seemed impossible, i can now imagine myself with him without trying. When i really thought about it the other day, he is the kind of guy i was thinking i wanted. It's crazy.

Now tell me. Have you had an experience like this? What happened?
