I have heard that companies hire law firms to help them find ways in the system to allow them to bring workers from overseas. These lawfirms also adivice the US based companies how to avoid hiring a qualified American workers. Since immigration is such a big issue in American politics, it seems little is said about this issue when American companies like Google, Microsoft, ect are involved in this practice.
