1994 Sunbird Sizzler with 115hp OMC JEERA motor. SEE: http://www.boats.net/parts/search/OMC/TurboJet/199... focus on parts 4 & 5. I opened this up and didn't see hardly any at all. and additional question the cooling system flush kit for this motor, how and where does it connect if I buy one?

I'm not a mac user but my gf is, her browser was haveing problems so we went to the MAC website and downloaded the newest version of safari.3.1.1. I guess it wasn't supposed to load but it did anyways. Now it won't run and we can't find out how to revert back. I've been browsing around the apple site for a while but I can't find the info I seem to need. Is there a system restore feature like XP? is there an uninstall? Step by step would be helpfull.

I work for a company that is in a slow period right now. They have mandated that one day a week we are to use PTO (paid time off) vacation time so that they can use the money they allot for that to stay on top during the lean season. The problem is I work as the only point of contact for the region I live in and am never really off the clock. In fact I have to be able to return a call within one hour and be at a customers site within 4 hours.

I live in minnesota and my parent company is out of PA. Are there any laws for either state that can null and void this policy in regards to me. I'm not an *** I actually brought in more revenue than the my two closesest competeing peers put together. I'm just looking for a way to justify preserveing my vacation so I can have a real vacation later on with some one else covering the area.

In short can a buisness force an employee to use their vacation on a given day instead of letting them use it as they see fit.

I have a question on prepaid legal services. An "ex" freind signed me up without my knowledge. I just got the packet today. Canceling of course, my brother is an attourney, why would I need this.

I have a question, on the enrollment membership form do you know if there is a signature line? If she forged my signature I want to know about it. If anyone has one and can scan it I'd appreciate it. I can't seem to find the brocure online she showed me once before I told her I wasn't interested.

I know with rear wheel drive cars it can sometimes mess up the transmission even towing them in neutral if they are an automatic. I have a 2004 dodge dakota quad cab slt auto trany with 4wd.

I will be moving in mid october, and was wondering if I set the 4wd knob to full neutral is it completely safe to tow, or would it be better to go flatbed or get a freind to drive it and fly him back. The trip will be about a thousand miles from the east coast to the midwest.

Also does the transmission have to be in neutral too or will the 4wd selector negate that. the knob is electronic so I dodn't know if it works with the truck off.

Or is it just safe if I put it in neutral and forget about the electronic switch..?

In movies and sometimes true life cop shows you see a crowd rioting and occasionally they attack a motorist that unawares end up to close to the scene. For instance the new "war of the worlds" etc.

In real life not in any apocoliptic movie where the law is thrown out and it's armagedon and chaos anyways....

If a crowd attacks you in a car, basically swarming it, are you allowed to plow through them to ensure your own safety?

If so at what point are you allowed to use deadly force? if they are just slapping the car and shouting, say it's a political rally and you have no idea if it will turn violent or not? or do they have to do something more violent before you have a legal right to hit the gas and get out of there no matter who is in the way?

Every state of course has their own set of laws. Any references would be helpfull as well. This isn't for a report or anything I'm just curious.
