I submitted an offer two months ago and the seller agreed. The sellers agent has been communicative and has let me know, through my agent, that she has been told the next step is 'counter offer.' A friend told me that their friend bought a short sale and had to constantly call the bank for updates. I'm wondering if I can contact the bank as well in an attempt to speed up the process.

My Civic Hybrid has an "oil life" gage and according to the manuel you change your oil when the oil life reaches 15%. I have had my car since July and the oil life is only to 30%. Should I get the oil changed every three months and ignore the oil life status, or go by what the book says?

I need to run a cable from a video camera to a digital projector to set up a live feed situation. The camera and the projector both have RCA inputs and I need to know what type of cable to buy (RG-6, RG-56, etc). Thanks.
