i have acne, and i have tried everything from prescriptions to neutrogena and proactive to the over the counter soaps, and spot treatments. I've always had bad skin, and i found that products with benzol peroxide help but im allergic to them and get all swollen and red, if anyone can suggest anything it will be greatly appreciated.

*i also heard eating certain things can make your acne worse, does anyone know anything about this? and if so do you know what to say away from and what might be better for your skin.
