We are considering purchasing a Dyson, but I want some reviews and some advice on which model would be best for me.

I am very hesitant about spending $400-600 on a vacuum... We just need a good vacuum that will actually pick up dust, dander, animal hair and so on..

We have 3 cats and have TONS of hair as well as the occasional stain from hairball/vomit. We seem to have a lot more dust at this house as well.

We were deciding if we should buy an older or newer model and deciding between the animal and regular dyson.

I would appreciate any suggestions and reviews on which one you prefer.

My landlord suggested us leaving and breaking the lease 2 months early would be beneficial to both or us so she can re-lease faster in the summer.

Jump a few weeks and she changed her mind, she wanted us to stay until she finds someone, so we already found an apartment and signed for it.

jump another week, her and her husband had a realtor stop by and she must have got the news that her house needs "repair" the master tub has never worked for us, there are holes in the bathroom (that were there when we moved in).

Needless to say the house needs painting (which wasn't done for us either).

The landlord is an old friend of my fiances so we took up renting their house when they had to move to another state asap 2 years ago. Since then the wife has been nothing but a PAIN! She is never happy.

So now she calls us up a few days ago and says can we be out by July 1st (in 3 weeks), we are happy and say YES! (figures its too good to be true)

My fiance gets texts today that they want their realtors photography people to come out in 4 days to take pictures of the house. Mind you the house is a mess! boxes everywhere, they said for us to move everything out to the garage and leave bare minimal for the pictures. UGHH!

They also want $400 dollars they gave to us via off rent when the washer broke, they said they would give us $400 for washer and if we pay more for it we can keep it :) awesome! well.... now they want the $400 dollars back... WTF.. really?

My question is, should we let the photographers come over Thursday and just move the boxes with the house still not "perfect" or tell them to wait another week and we will hopefully be moved out.

Either way they verbally agreed to let the 2 months of rent for "breaking the lease" waive but I have a feeling she isn't going to let this go. Even thought they want us out now.

I'm just over this landlord and want out NOW.

any suggestions?

I rent a home and will be moving in a few weeks. We have had so much rain lately that this one large area with no plants has overgrown in large weeds.

Is there anything I can use at home to pour over the area and kill the weeds.

Budget is pretty tight so anything homemade that will actually work is greatly appreciated.

What? Seriously! The apartments 1100 a month so the cosigner has to make 5500 a month in income! Is this real? Or should I say realistic!

When I searched cosigner requirements it was income, credit history, home ownership.

How many people actually make 5500 a month... this just seems odd.

I have some bills that I've accumulated and due to living arrangements I have to find an apartment and my score is "poor".

I've learned I have hitchhikers thumbs, tongue rolling, widow's peak, dimples..

My partner does not have the hitchhikers thumbs, widow's peak, but does have a chin cleft.

All so fascinating! We have been trying to have a baby for awhile and I enjoy thinking of what they might inherit from us.

I did have the odds given to me once during college during biology about eye and hair color of a certain pair (1 in 2 will have brown eyes and brown hair, 1 in 16 will have green eyes and red hair..)

Can anyone give me some ideas?

I have brown eyes and brown hair my mother had green eyes and brown hair and my father has hazel eyes and brown hair.

My spouse has blue eyes and brown hair, his mother had blue eyes and blonde hair and his father has blue eyes and brown hair.

Both myself and my spouse had dark blonde to light brown hair when we were kids.

OK, I have an older female who gets sick sometimes after eating and will vomit. I have a young male who is very sweet and actually is very sweet with her too. Recently I caught him going up to the older cat when she was vomiting and biting her. The only other time I seen this was when our other older female cat was put into a themed t-shirts which she hated and just crawled away, well the younger male went after her and started biting her a lot.

I can understand the older cat with the t-shirts, she's most dominant and does give him a hard time. But I don't know why he would go after the other older female who was basically getting sick.

Any ideas? This has puzzled us because he is such a lovable cat! He has never hissed or growled.

Ok, a little background!

We have 3 cats, one(Libby) is a female fixed 12 yr old, second (Luke) is a male fixed 5 year old we adopted last Christmas, and our trouble kitty (Callie) is a 12 yr old female cat who we were told was fixed.

We have had the newest cat since end of July. She was very scared when we got her and we noticed a few weeks later spray on our baskets of clothes.

Over the last few months occasionally we would notice some spray here and there, a couple times it was on the males bed and a few times on our bed.

Recently she had sprayed on my boyfriends side of the couch and we have cleaned it a few times but she continues to spray. ugh!

We have added litter boxes, cleaned the pans more, give her more attention....

I just visually caught her spraying on a plastic cat house which had a few cat toys in it.

She doesn't seem to do it all the time. I actually am wondering if she is fixed.

Also she loves the male cat, she sleeps next to him and plays with him. The older other feline is the boss of the house, she has a very bad attitude, but that will never change that's just her.

The newer cat doesn't seem stressed, we have a fairly large house and they have the run of it.

Can anyone suggest any cleaners or feline calming spray or anything would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to use a recipe for Prime rib, but my boyfriends brother bought something different. He purchased a rib roast? It looks like this piece of meat has bone. It was still well over $100.. can we cook it the same or does it have to be cut into steaks?
