I used to have 3 binders from the AotW collection when I was a kid. I loved getting the cards each month, but my parents hit financial trouble and stopped getting them. I loved those binders but my mom sold them in a garage sale (i had no idea until recently) when I was in high school. Now that I am all 'growed-up' I want to get the collection in full. My questions: How many cards were issued total? Do you know where I might be able to find a complete set for a reasonable price?

I have bad posture due to scarring on my chest and when my posture is poor for too long, my thumb, index and middle finger go numb. recently, however, i have had a problem with my grip (which has always been strong). if i make a fist or hold something and bend my wrist like im revving a motorcycle, i have shooting nerve pains in my palm and forearm. is this carpal tunnel? if not, how do i fix it? is it a pinched nerve? if i keep my back straight, i dont get numb fingers but i still have the shooting pains problem...

i want to ask for an mp3 player for christmas as my last one just broke (all the buttons finally stopped working). this time, i want an mp3 player that will function in all aspects for more than a year, holds at least 4GB and has a screen of any sort (no Shuffle, i need to browse thru my tunes). i don't care if it's an old-school black-letter LCD or a colorful menu-packed thing, i just need to be able to pick my songs when i feel like listening to them. Most importantly: it must be less than $45!!! anybody have good experiences with their cheap players?

I am going to do something that will make me very nervous. Is there any way I can prepare myself for it so that I am not as nervous?

I don't play this game much so IDK if this is how it should go, but when my sims drink coffee, they just sit there for five hours drinking the same cup, and then they get up and have a caffeine crash and sometimes make it to bed, usually not. Is that how it's supposed to go? I thought I could boost em with coffee to finish the day but... no?

Well, not really. I just keep on reading after I'm done. Anyone else do that? Is it bad to have to walk feeling back into your feet after pinching a loaf?

Every program I use has started this ridiculous thing with saving files. When I am done with a project in, say, Photoshop or Apophysis, I save the file how I want, where I want. Then I go to open it, but it isn't there. I go back into Photoshop or Apophysis and I can open it through that program, as if I was editing it, but the icon has a little gold lock on it. How do I fix this? I just want to be able to show off my cool fractals!!! >:-[

First off, what time does the Oct. 1 race start, in GMT -6? I live in Missouri. Secondly, where can I watch this for free online? I usually watch on TV but I won't have TV for a couple months. I really want to see this! Please help!

I know alot about gfx cards for videogames, but I need to build a system for using CS5 and FinalCut Pro. What should I be looking for? What cards are currently most reasonably priced? Please don't tell me about gaming graphics cards, as I already know a lot about them.

I've tried reading up on it but all the things told me crap I already knew. For instance, I know a router transmits radio frequency waves in place of physical lines (in the case of a wireless router), I know it sends and receives data from the big, ethereal Internet. What I don't know is how routers actually function, home routers and industrial routers both. I really can't get more specific than that, 'cuz I don't know what questions to ask. If you start getting technical on me, that's perfectly fine. I have Wikipedia at my router-enhanced fingertips, so fire away. Just please relieve me of this frustrating question!

I am a fairly savvy computer owner (i built my own rig) but this still eludes me. I have looked everywhere! certain games will have crashing issues after a time. in my most recent install of win 7 it has been Test Drive Unlimited and Oblivion. They will crash somewhere between 30 seconds and 20 mins after starting, with no warning whatsoever. Both of these applications should be a cakewalk for my computer (Intel Core2Duo @ 3.0ghz; 6gb RAM; NVidia 8800GT no clocking) and I have kept up on all my drivers. If i reinstall again, I will be able to play all my games w/o error for about 1 month before one or two of them start doing this. Last time it was Battlefield: Bad Company 2, but that runs fine this time. Anybody got any ideas? This is really frustrating!

Nobody in mainstream music makes any attempt to try neat musical techniques. It's all 4/4 house beats with 4/4 instrumentals laid over with vocals, which ae the primary focus of the song. Why does no one try even *simple* polyrhythms, polymetrics, diminished scales, atonal chords, time signature changes, etc.? all this stuff can be done without much thought, but it seems to me that mainstream musicians don't even try THAT stuff. If you want an example, listen to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5o4YJsPWf%E2%80%A6 He doesn't use all of those but he works with whole tones and polyrhythms and time changes alot in this song. Why can't people even try simpler versions of that? What's up with Lady Gaga? Or "Bratney" Spears? Or any one of a hundred funny-haired, goofy-named artists?

So, I am running Win7 and this is probably the 20th or so installation of Win7 since the thing came out. I have only ever had problems with the last 2 installations, where I am playing a game and the .exe will hang or occasionally crash. I don't know why. It only happens on games, thankfully. Does anyone know why this is happening, or have any directions to point me?

i don't dislike british people at all, just this one. what can i say that will truly piss him off? i want him hopping mad. he seems to hate americans and he is very proud of being british. i just want him angry at me.

i used to play Age of Empires all the time and my favorite thing was to create scenarios. i got it again and i wanted to make scenarios, but i can't figure out where it is saved on my comp, or where to download the scenario editor. all i can find is other people's scenarios. i have checked the program location, no scenario editor .EXE there...

i'm fairly tech savvy, and i have fixed problems like this before, but i can't find many resurces that answer my question. i dont have many background programs running. just the most basic necessary ones like my AV (which is paused) and poweriso with 2 drives (unmounted). as a result my mem usage is up to 1.6-ish gigs on idle. also firefox is retardedly slowed down. it keeps refreshing pages and flash stuff is exceedingly slow. no, i don't have a virus. this is all very recent, my mem usage was >900mb last week. any ideas?

i've always wondered. i live in missouri with no beaches for thousands of m,iles and when i do get to go to the beach, i'm always hungry. is it against social etiquette to randomly approach the food-bringers and be friendly? i wouldnt ask for food but it's what im hoping for. im cool with just talking to new people. but still... is it ok to talk to random people?

my ears are always real itchy and they produce lots of earwax. when i say 'ear' i mean the inside. not very deep inside, but i usually use a pen tip or nail file to dig out earwax. i have tried ignoring it but they get worse until i dig around, whether or not there is earwax.

i don't know how i got it but i deleted it once and it came back, which makes me very mad. now i can't find it on my computer, but it is still there, somewhere. it is visible in firefox but not any of my directories. i really don't like it and need to remove it immediately.
