I'm 27 years old, was a smoker for ten years but have recently quit. About three years ago I had what I thought was an allergic reaction with tongue swelling. After my tongue swelled a few more times it never returned to its normal size. I still have a swollen tongue with sores on the side. I also now have a swollen lymph node in my neck.

I have seen two primary care physicians, two ENTs,my dentist and have had blood tests done numerous times that have shown nothing as well as a CT that did not show any tumors.

One ENT sent a scope down my throat and did notice irritation which she believed to be from stomach acid...

I was very relieved that nobody suspected cancer but I'm also nervous that cancer could have possibly been missed or something entirely different is going on that nobody can find.

For the past 8 months my tongue has been swollen. I am currently taking zoloft but am being weaned off per my doctors orders. My labs have all been within normal limits and a ct scan came back negative for any abnormalities. Since the first time it swelled, it has not gone back to its original size. The swelling is worse in the morning and when I have cold. My tonsils are also enlarged. If you have any suggestions about what this could be I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Had a HCG level done 2 days ago and it was 24. Had another one today and its over 20,000... How did this go up so high in two days?

I am 5 weeks pregnant. I miscarried in April at 6 weeks. Since I found out I was pregnant, I have been cramping off and on, but no bleeding. Is this normal? And, also... What are the chances of having another miscarriage? I don't know if I can handle another miscarriage...
