my pinky and thumb nails grow fast, my pointer and ring fingers grow at an ok speed and my middle fingers take forever to grow. how come they all grow at different rates?

I need to start taking a multi vitamin each day. For two days Ive been taking the One-A-Day vitamins but they are HUGE! Even when I cut them in half and swallow them, they are unbearable. I can actually feel the halves get stuck in my throat and slowly start to move down and it makes me want to throw up.

Anybody know of a smaller multivitamin for me? Thanks!

My mom keeps harping on my dad to lose weight. He does have to but my mom wont acknowledge the fact that she too has to lose some weight. She pigs out on junk food all the time and eats nothing but pasta and bread and some soup. She has to lose like 20 pounds, give or take, but I dont know how to tell her without it sounding mean. She is way too sensitive to people being negative towards her. Any tips? Thanks!
