I had thyroid cancer 8 years ago and am getting a body scan. Instead of getting off my medication for 6 weeks the doctor wants to give me 2 thyrogen shots before he does the scan.

I have a Weimaraner that I got about 5 months ago. He is almost a year old now. I also have a cat I adopted about 4 years ago. He is 8. The dog chases the cat whenever the cat comes in the house. His tail is always wagging and it seems he wants to play, but the cat does not want anything to do with him. How can I get the two to get along? Or is that not possible?

I don't have anything to feel bad about. I can't pinpoint any one thing that is making me feel this way. Normally, I'm an upbeat person and try to see the best in everything. Help!

When I go slow it makes a clop, clop sound (like horses), but when I go fast if doesn't make any noises. It's a 97 Merc. Mountaineer

My 8 mo. old Weimaraner weighs 52 lbs. and follows me around all the time. When I get home from anywhere he jumps on me for at least 5 minutes. He doesn't do this to anyone else. I have bruises all over my arms from him. I know he is not being mean becuase his little tail is wagging so hard while he is doing this. I have tried to stop him by raising my knee, but this doesn't work. What else can I do?

Our boss told another co-worker and she told me. The one getting fired is in sales, but comes to the office quite often. He is going thru a lot right now in his personal life, but still makes a lot of sales. I think they are letting him go because they want to hire someone who used to work here as a salesman a long time ago. My question is: What is they right thing for me to do. I know they are going to let him go, but I don't want to get anyone in trouble since I was not supposed to know.

He's 24 and has been living with me and my husband.
