My friend was given a DUI in the state of GA, he refused to blow into the device and was sent to the hospital then to a holding jail. Upon release his citation says a blood test was administered but it never was. The officer reported also that he was stuttering, but it was simply due to not have a jacket and it also being 30 degrees outside. We are trying to figure out if this situation looks at all more promising or not.

I am currently in a manor of 19 other people. The manor is broken up into 4 cottages of 5 people in each. 4*5= 20 people, where 3/4 cottages are occupied by a fraternity who tends to be messy. 

All of the cottages share an outside common space and the walls that separate each, with the messes that keep occurring, I am receiving fines from the apartment complex for failure to clean common areas. 

As mentioned before, my cottage has no affiliation with the group and am unable to find anything in the lease directly related to the fining of the entire property. I think it's an unbelievable expectation to expect myself or the other people in my cottage to clean this mess. 

The fines are applied to the entire manor when offenses occur as the apartment complex can't determine fault. I am looking for some sort of resolution so my account can stop getting hit so unreasonably.

If we discount out a receivable book over time and are writing portions of that book out, does this still impact the asset account?

I started out with an ear infection inside my right ear which after proper medical attention was taken care of i stopped my drops before the recommened timing that the doc gave me. My condition felt 100%better!! a week later i went to the beach and a second ear infection developed inside my left ear and they were both were otis externa aka swimmer's ear this time i waited it off a bit expecting the ear infection to go away on it's own. i avoided all water contact from there and my condition worsened severly to where i couldn't sleep just like the first one. Finally the day i couldn't take it any more i got medical attention to the closest medical urgent care avaidable. They told me they couldn't even see if it was infected becasue of all the ear wax which i had been trying to clear out! It was bad they then tried to flush my ear which resulted in the most terrific pain ive ever felt. They perscribed more drops but said they would have little effect but i think better to try than not!!! So then my condition started to feel better i could feel that the drops slowly entering but not quickly. I also had a fever of 100.8 at the same time. My lower back started to hurt and they said just take paid medication. My body became weaker and weaker and my fever felt as if it was going on and off. I feel a new ear infection occuring in both ears but decreasing in the left. (the second time) I don't know what to do rest doesn't seem to help me!!! I can't breathe in deeply either or i cough.

I'm 15 and i have moved around 6 times in the past. About almost every one to two years. From school to school;house to house. I keep getting new friends but i keep losing them!!! OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I keep losing pieces of myself im about to move again at the end of the school year again after i got all my friends all over again! I keep losing the people i love i have no control over the decision of moving. I'm feeling more and more depressed and getting more and more anxious every day i think about it. I don't know what to do. I keep losing a bit of myself every time i leave. Now its going to happen all over again what do i do!!?!?!?The stress keeps building the more i think about it!

A while back a pain had surfaced on the elbow of my left arm. The pain was unbearable, and i convinced myself it was nothing. I am 15 and my parents went out of town and my cousin came in from another state to watch me. The pain in my arm got worse and i couldn't sleep correctly no matter what i did. Pain relievers didn't work but my cousin said this is a good pain reliever and i didn't know because i was tired but couldn't go to bed.
