I've only at 2 semi meals since Thursday due to a break up, what are the consequences of me keeping up this pattern of not eating?

    You'll get sick. A break-up is a natural/normal thing. You won't die over it. Have a sandwich.

    eating anything seems impossible at this point. i can't put anything down

    Weight loss, fatigue, weakness, prone to disease, anemia, in long term anorexia

    You have to get over it
