am i becoming depressed?
I'm 15 and i have moved around 6 times in the past. About almost every one to two years. From school to school;house to house. I keep getting new friends but i keep losing them!!! OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I keep losing pieces of myself im about to move again at the end of the school year again after i got all my friends all over again! I keep losing the people i love i have no control over the decision of moving. I'm feeling more and more depressed and getting more and more anxious every day i think about it. I don't know what to do. I keep losing a bit of myself every time i leave. Now its going to happen all over again what do i do!!?!?!?The stress keeps building the more i think about it!

RELAX. moving is part of life, but you don't have to lose everyone. we have phones, we have skype, we have snapchat, you can keep contact with old friends if you want to. so just breathe, and view moving as a chance to make more friends, not as losing old ones. plus, you're 15, there's only 3 years until you can live on your own, and you don't have to move anywhere. it's not the end of the world, but there's nothing you can really do to stop it, so you're just going to have to suck it up, im sorry. i would try to talk to your old friends on facebook or over texts or something so that you don't feel like you keep losing everyone, just relax, breathe, and be happy you get the chance to move around and meet new people, over the years you'll find you have so many more friends than you would have if you just stayed in the same spot all the time

Humans takes birth on earth plane to settle his/her give-and-take account with others and to exhaust his/her destiny or undergo his/her merits and demerits.
If you only have interest in worldly life you will trap in this great illusion for many births to come.
You have to progress in both worldly and spiritually, then only you can lead and happy and peaceful life.
Remedy for depression lies in spirituality not in medical.
You can get out of your depression if you include spirituality into your life.
Include spirituality into your life and lead life as per spirituality to be a happy and content human now.
