I was having a smoke when I thought back to a biology lab I did back in the day. In the lab, you would burn a peanut under a beaker of water, and the temperature change in the water roughly equaled the peanuts caloric value. anyway, does that mean that smoke in general has a certain extent of nutritional value?

My grandma recently got her first computer, and I am having trouble teaching her. I have encountered plenty of (relatively) credible sources to teach basic computer skills, but they all charge for their services. I need something free, easy to use, and can be learned at your own pace. Please no answers pointing me towards a subscription service, it needs to be free.

to put it as short as possible, windows media player shows ~5000 songs, itunes shows ~6800. when i ask itunes to show my duplicates, it displays ~1200, so where do the other 600 fall? they both have the same single folder for ALL files going into the library.

if not, i guess I need to reset the ipod, but i want the movies on it!

i have a 75 gallon tank with cichlids, and while they seem fine, i dont want sudden health complications to happen. it has been months since the tank has been cleaned, and i dont do it in part because the entire bottom is covered with an elaborate rock system for them to hide, i also dont like the syphoning method either. do plants effectively remove waste? (i think it could only act as a fertilizer.)

a rumor i heard and i use the stuff so clear this up for me.
