I'm looking to buy a new rifle soon, I 've had a few AR 15s but am thinking I want a .308 either a M1A or a FAL not sure about which is a better?

An armed Christian organization,the " Right Wing Extreme", will protect a church that is planning to host an "International Burn a Quran Day" on the ninth anniversary of September 11, the church's pastor said on Tuesday.

The Dove World Outreach Center, in Gainesville, Florida, says it is hosting the event to remember 9/11 victims and to take a stand against Islam. With promotions on its website and Facebook page, the nondenominational church invites Christians to burn the Muslim holy book.

Right Wing Extreme, which offered to go to the church with between 500 and 2,000 men on September 11.The organization is described as an armed civilian militia group.

I'm all for 1st amendment rights, but this sound like a train wreck. So who's going and how much are tickets?

In less than a month, Pastor Terry Jones of the Dove World Outreach Center in Florida plans to host "Burn a Quran Day" to mark the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

The planned burning has already caused alarm in the Muslim world, with the pre-eminent Sunni university, Al-Azhar in Cairo, Egypt, condemning it as "stirring up hate and discrimination."

At some point, Israel and the United States will have to decide: Which is more dangerous — an Iran capable of launching a nuclear weapon? Or, an Iran out for revenge after a preemptive attack? Both scenarios are frightening, but the thought of military action is not far-fetched.

Do you think, that putting up a mosque 600 ft. from ground zero and have the inauguration, on the anniversary of 9/11/11, is immoral, inhuman and a complete lack of respect for the memories of all that perished on that day and their survivors & that politicians are doing a grave injustice to the fallen heroes, their families and all the people of New York City, and the USA?

Hate crimes occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, or political affiliation.

The part I don't understand, is what does the motive matter? If perpetrator targets a victim why does it matter if perpetrator does it for hate or any other reason? Murder is murder...Right?

Say for example I hate green people, and I kill a whole green family while committing a home invasion. Is it less of a crime if I had liked green people? All I'm saying is the motive didn't make the people less dead. Think about it most all crime is hate motivated.

Some would now conclude that based on Barack Obama's lack of leadership skills and inability to to show signs of competency with what it takes-- that he has become the worst President in history in the shortest amount of time. Even with just 15 months in office the country has gone from bad to worse and all he can ever do and say is blame it on the last administration --meaning " George W. Bush" is this the character and good sign when he continually goes against the will of the people ? Especially with only 30% of nation wanting his idea of health-care reform . His performance has not been good if he were in the real world --He would have been fired after the first year on the job.

Iran's Cabinet has authorized the construction of another 10 uranium enrichment plants, its state news agency announced Sunday, further defying international calls to halt its production of nuclear fuel. Why is iran so hell bent on this issue? After the International Atomic Energy Agency, the U.N. nuclear watchdog, passed a resolution demanding that Iran stop construction on a previously secret nuclear facility at Qom. Maybe the know that 0bama won't do any thing, besides say he's sorry. Bush would be ready to go to war by now. I say give them more uranium than they can handle, and send iran in to the stone ages

jihadist really believe they get dozens of virgins when they die, So basically they killing for sex, I guess they are all mad because they are not getting any. So my question is what would make you go all Jihadist and strap a bomb to yourself, scream “Allahu akbar!” and kill Innocent people? Maybe if the Yankees win another Series, or maybe your not getting sex like the islamist terrorist. So what is that would make snap, and create a man-made disaster, like the gentleman at Fort Hood.
