My cat licks plastic bags. Literally. He will sit on or near a plastic bag (like a grocery bad or a bag some some other kind of store or something) and lick it for no apparent reason. Does it get him high? Is it harmful? Why does he do it? I'm so confused.

I am a cheap person. If I can avoid paying for things, I will. Today, I want to make a vlog, but I also want to avoid paying for video editing software. So, I've heard of this newfangled internet thing-a-majig, and thought that, since the internet is such a big place, I may, if I try hard enough, find some link that leads me to another link that will download a cheap video editing program to my computer.

So, I came here, to this den of filth known as Y! answers. Now, Y! answerers, i ask you, what is that link? Please, post that link in the boxes below. I will be eternally grateful. I may even thank you in a text-based format! Oh, the thanks I will give.

Also, I want this video editing program to be easy to use. I want it to be self-explanatory. I want none of these "instructions" that cardboard models and GameBoys are so fond of.

This started about a week ago, and I just now tried to play again, and it's still not working right. The testingcheatsenabled cheat on Sims 3 isn't functioning. any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Many thanks.

I wanna start by saying that if it can't be fixed with duct tape, then I probably don't know how to fix it. Please give me your answer in the simplest terms your super programming brains can muster.

With that said...

The Problem:

Whenever I try to save my Sims 3 game, (Sims 3 with Ambitions expansion) it crashes, and the save does not take place. With a game like the Sims, there really is no point in playing if you cannot save. The problem first arose on Tuesday, after I built a large addition on my Sims' house and hit "Save and Quit." The game began to save like normal, but then I got a windows error message that said that the Sims had crashed and I would have to exit the application. The save did not take place, and my Sims lost their awesome basement... and also two of their kids (who had been born in the time that I played before being unable to save).

Point is, I can't save my Sims game, and I dunno why or how I can fix it.

I owned all seven Harry Potter books (First editions!!) and my house burned down. Now, I need to know how much they were worth, for insurance and whatnot. Can y'all tell me that? Seven. First. Editions. This situation really sucks. Make it suck less, will ya? How much were my books worth?

My dog is a Labrador-poodle-mutt mix who we adopted from a puppy-mill over two years ago (I'm pretty sure he was abused there, as all the dogs were kept outside in small kennels and pretty much left alone). Ever since we adopted him he's been very skittish in social situations, doesn't let people touch the top of his head, and takes a very long time to warm up to people. Whenever anyone tries to touch the top of his head, he'll shy away. We've treated him really well the whole time he's lived with us, and is really friendly around me (he's just now trusting me enough to let me pet the top of his head).

Does anybody know why he would be so skittish? In every other aspect he's a really good dog (though he does have some chewing issues). His only issue is that he's afraid of everything that moves.

Preferably from a gynecologist.

My vulva is significantly underdeveloped and does not lubricate naturally.

AKA, I'm underdeveloped and dry.

Also, there is often severe pain/discomfort after and during urination. During urination there is also an odd sulfurus smell. My vulva is red and has an odd bumpy rash.

I've been like this as long as I can remember (the urinary discomfort, mostly)

I have been treated for a yeast infection in the past.

My computer keeps randomly going dark and to turn it back on I have to close it, open it again, and hit the power button. It doesn't close out of anything but it's really annoying. How do I fix it?

It's a fairly new laptop (just got it in December) and doesn't have many problems. I've never caused it any physical damage and virus scans are mostly clear. What might be wrong?
