The basics: I will be traveling to Accra, Ghana in the coming months and while I will be in the Accra area I am looking to maximize my time there by visiting may locations. So if you have an idea of proximity to Accra to the above locations that would be great.

I am going to graduate with an Master's in Social Work and I looking to move out of New York. As you can tell, I am not oppose to moving to another state. I just don't wan to move somewhere where the job market for social service is small. Any positive advice would be helpful.

So, I am eating mostly vegan lately but I a m wondering I am getting adequate amounts of protein. I eat corn mixed with black beans or something along those lines. I am really afraid of my hair falling out. I take biotin and vitamin supplements but I fear that may not be enough. I k now I may be spazzing out but my hair is very important to me. I am going to take the pre-reqs for nursing school but I have no science background. I was wondering if I should take some intro courses such as biology before I take Microbiology? Would it be advantageous to do this or should I just jump right in? Is microbiology a stand alone class? I also have to take anatomy and physiology.
