I need to lose weight, not alot, i love my shape, i just want to lose a bit of fat from my stomach and thighs. Iv lost 22lbs all together sinse my son was born, which is great and iv kept it all off. But iv lost all motivation now! I need something to make me want to diet? Iv tried all sorts of things and help from friends and my sister. At the time when i lost all the weight, for some reason i was in the right mind set and being hungry or exercising never really bothered me because i was so proud of myself. So why have i lost that mind set? i think its because im not like really big and i know i look nice with some weight on, where as b4 i didnt look good at all so i was desperate to lose weight? Grrrr! Lol x

My puppy wont stop biting us, shes 13 weeks old and is very strong, shes doing it to be playful but shes drawing blood. We have tried firm voices, tapping her nose, putting her out the room, ignoring her, even tht poking in the ribs thing that the dog whisperer does. We have been told to smack her but theres no way we could hurt her. Shes very playful and hyper, but the biting is a constnt thing, not just every now and then, she bites when you walk past her, if you tell her off she thinks its great and does it more! Lol. What can we try?

I have a English bull terrier *****, shes only 16 months. When we got her the owner said her mother wasnt very good with the pups so she slept with her from one week old. I dont know if this has anything to do with that but she does some really funny things.

She must carry a teddy around ALL day!

She dosent chew them but she sucks them while falling asleep?? Really sucks them. Lol

She also does the paw thing that cats do, like Kneeding dough. Lol

These things arnt a problem (yet?) but i was just wondering if its related to being hand reared? or is she just a bit clingy and strange? Shes lovely and is soft and playful too :) x

Hiya, Iv been on a diet this week and iv lost 5lbs, im over the moon but this morning iv put 1lb back on! Why?? Im counting calories and eating 1540 a day, which is a big drop from my normal calorie intake, the only thing i did different yesterday was 50 sit-ups. I know i shouldnt get on the scales everyday but im obsessed! Anyone know whats going on? x

My son is usually so laid back and happy all the time. He usually sleeps 12 hours a night with no night feeds and is awake happy all day long. Over this last week he seems to have never stop crying. I haven't changed anything in his routine or changed his milk. We did think he was teething as he is slavering ALOT and always has his fist in his mouth, i just googled it though and it says thats normal for 4 months and does not mean he is teething. He dosent have a temp either. All of a sudden he wont settle for anyone but me. Hes quite happy to be with his dad and smiles and laughes with him but will not be comforted by him or anyone else when hes upset. Hes showing no signs of pain or illness. What could it be?

Right, iv got a little dongle thing but its for bluetooth. Iv installed it on my laptop and added my mobile to its devices. Now i wanna send pics to the laptop but its saying sending failled on my mobile straight away. Im not good with these things and havnt got a clue!

My son is 3 next month and still isn't trained. He just isn't interested! I have a potty which he helped me decorate with Toys story stickers, he loved toy story so i thought it would encourage him to use it.

It didn't work. He totally understands what to do and why but he just wont. My Health Visitor keeps saying not to worry but isn't he getting abit big now? I just had another baby so we decided to leave him for another month while he gets used to the baby. That month is up now! Hes keeps sitting on the potty when i ask him if he needs a wee then saying no i don't need one. Then gets up and wees allover my carpet! Is it always this hard? Im honestly trying everything! Sticker Charts, Treats, Rewards...he doesn't care! Lol. Any advice? xx

Im 21 and have just had a baby. Im 16st but im 5ft 91/2. If i was short id probably loog really big. So i dont look out of proportion or huge. I do want to lose weight though. At the minute i go to the gym everyday. I do 10 minutes on all the machines; stepper, bike, cross trainer and rowing machine. Then 20 on the treadmill level 4-7. Then i use the hula hoop. Is this good enough? What should i be doing? Im not on a diet but i dont eat crap anymore. Thanks :) xx

Today my cat had 7 kittens. One was born with its tongue hanging out, its was about 2cm long and shaped like a trumpet? Thin at the top and really thick and round at the end that was hanging out. Also he had no hole in his mouth to breathe or eat. Was just skin where his throat would be. Any ideas? Sorry this is the best way i can describe it. He died pretty quickly. We rubbed him after mam cleaned him up, tried to clear his airways and stuff but nothing. xx

My cat got outside about 1 week after my son was born. My sons 11 weeks today. So shes overdue then? Shes massive and has clearish milk coming out of her nipples. Shes in a dark quiet room but is desperate to get outside, we dont know why! Maybe shes picked her nest outside and wont change her mind? I cant let her out. Why does she want to be outside? Is she stopping her labour? xx

If iv been with my partner for 4 years (not married) am i entitled to half of his possessions? All the jewelry he bought me? Anything i bought is mine? Please help x

My cat is deffo pregnant as she is alot bigger and we can feel kittens moving around inside her. This morning there was spots of blood in the litter tray, she keeps going in and straining then nothings happening so she gets out again, shes not using the toilet though. She wont move from a blanket behind the settee. She is also licking her bits constantly. She dosent seem to be in any pain and is still eating. Whats she doing?

i am a lone parent going to college to do hairdressing in september, my bus fares are £25 per week, and i have to buy the hairdressing kit (£30), uniform (£14) textbooks etc, i have been to the jobcentre who said they couldnt help me, is there any other help available for me?
