I'm going to have to add my husband to my health insurance at work which I currently dont pay anything for. My new premiums will be $112.50 every two weeks but this is pre-tax, so does anyone know how much difference I will actually see coming from my check?

In this business I will be your own personal assistant. I will run your errands, do your shopping, help you get organized, help with planning anything or what ever I'm needed for. (as long as it's legal and ethical)

I plan to create a basic website and advertise in my community and on facebook and myspace if possible.

Any suggestions?

Does any one know what you call the piece that is in the tub, at the handle area where you turn the water on and change the temperature that you push in or pull out to switch from shower to bath? We are moving into a home this week and just discovered that this piece is missing in our Master bathroom.

What is the piece called?

Can it be fixed? or do we have to replace the the whole pieces that turns the water on?

If it has to be replaced, is it difficult to do?

My parents bought a house 4 1/2 yrs ago. My dad is the only one on the mortgage but we are all on the deed.?

They put us on the deed because we were going to be living with them for a while and wanted to protect us if anything happened to them. We were paying for half of everything so why not. They knew our living with them was temp and we have now bought a house and are moving soon. They are consulting a lawyer to see if there is anything they can do about it. Does anyone know if there is anything they can do? I don't think there is because we didn't do anything wrong. Any advice?

They got an interest only loan with a 5 yr arm that will be adjusting in September 2009. (only 7 months left) They are barely able to make the payments now and when it adjusts, they are not going to be able to. They are current on their mortgage. They were looking at trying a loan modification but everything we are reading seems to say you have to be behind on your mortgage before you can get help. Is there any thing out there other than refinance, that you guys can tell me about so I can pass it along to them that can help them before they get behind.

And please no comments about us leaving them. My husband and I have lived with them for 5 years trying to help them but we have got to go if we want to keep our sanity and our marriage.

While living there, they decided that they also would like to buy another place. We all wanted to buy a place that we could make into a horse farm so we decided to buy a place together. I told them in the beginning that we would do this together but it would not be a forever thing, that eventually we would want to have a place of our own again and they said no problem, they didn't want to live with us forever either.

4 years ago we found a place that we all liked and agreed on and bought it together. My mother was in the middle of a medical malpractice suit at the time and was going to pay it off when she received the settlement. My husband and I were going to move on when she got the settlement and buy a place of our own. (with our money, not asking them for anything) WELL, she got screwed big time and didn't get the settlement she deserved so we have been stuck there. Things have gotten to a point that we can't take being there anymore and we have to seperate. I have told my parents this but it was during an argument and apologies have been made so they think everything is ok now. It's not. We either want to buy the house from my parents and have them move or buy something else all together but don't know what to do. My parents can't afford to stay in this house without us and that's why we have stayed as long as we have. I'm miserable but I love my parents and can't leave them in a house that they can't afford even though I hate going home or being home. Problem is I don't know if they will sale us the house but if they don't then it will have to be sold and all of us leave and buy other places. If we go this route we don't know how long it will take to sale the house and we are stuck in this stressful situation. I feel almost like I'm being punished. I tried to do this to help them build the farm they wanted. We wanted a farm to in the beginning but have since changed our minds because they have just ruined our feelings about it. They are constantly arguing and fussing about something and are SO nosey. We try to maintain things like we would if we were in seperate houses and stay out of their business but they won't stay out of ours. My husband and I cannot even have a conversation about our day at work without them wanting to know who and what we're talking about. Sorry this is so long but when I get started I just cant seem to stop. Anyways, if anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

I ask because I know it is a lot cheaper to fly to California than to Honalulu from NC.

We have been on 4 Caribbean cruises already and know quite a bit about cruising but would like to know about Hawaii, that is where we really want to go.

We are working with our 2nd agency and have been with them for 3 years. We have never even met with a prospective match. We are told that our profile is being shown but don't know that for sure. It's time for us to update again and I just don't know if I can keep going through this and getting nowhere.
