I was born a month early and had a really high fever and billirubin level which resulted in brain staining. I have little ticks from it and I unconsciously twitch sometimes when I'm nervous. I have a 10 year old Bichon who is looking rather skinny. She has a lot of loose skin on her body and when she streches a certain way you can see faintly her ribs. You can also feel her rib cage when you pet her on the underside. I'm worried about her. She also tends to throw up very often, every other day or so. Are there any tips you can give me on how to help her gain weight, or should I take her to the vet?

Today I dropped my laptop 2-3 feet with the top open. The top closed when it fell. I opened the laptop and could not find the cursor so I shut it down. I opened up the laptop and turned it on. The white start up screen and sound came up with the apple loading icon but after a few minutes nothing had happened so I shut it off. After a few minutes I turned it back on to receive the same start up screen and sound but no loading icon. I waited a minute or two and shut it off again. I plugged the charger in and it lit up red indicating very low battery and this time the white screen showed up with a flashing image of a black file folder with a white question mark in the center of the file image. I am extremely panicked. Does anyone know what is wrong or how I can fix this? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
