I got a haircut yeaterday that looks really amazing. Ive always had such long hair but i wanted to go kind of short this time. So i went in and she cut a little past my shoulders, and then the blow dried it and straightened it. She also used A LOT of product.

So tonight, i took a shower and washed my hair and everything. When i got out of the shower, i let it dry a little and then blow dried it. It was soo frizzy and big. My hair is thick and extremely wavy. So it puffed out from being short and also frizzed up from being completely blow dried. Then, i tried straightening it. It looks nice, but i dont know how my stylist got it soo good looking. It was completely straight and looked short when she did it. But when i straightened it, its STILL puffy, but less frizzy. And it looks like my old hair but 2 inches shorter. I dont know what im doing wrong. I put it in layers to straighten it and everything. I was so happy that i finally looked pretty, and now i look like my old self again.

So im a 14 year old girl and all my life ive had long hair. Except for when i was a baby of coarse. Im getting really sick of this hair, because its thick, and kind of frizzy. So no matter how good i brush it, it looks like i didnt .-. Im thinking of getting a long bob cut over the weekend. So basically a bob cut up to my shoulders.

I believe i have a round-shaped face. I also want to get long (or maybe short) layers in it. I have long layers now, and i also want to keep my side bangs. But i have a big nose and im afraid short hair might accentuate it. I went on photoshop and tried it out, and it made my nose look big but in the picture that i used it was on a bad angle anyways. And it was someone elses hair. Do you think i should? >.< i know guys probably prefer it longer but i dont care i just think short hair is adorable on people who can pull it off. Im just afriad it might be really puffy and ill have to straighten it everyday. (My hair is dark brown just an fyi)

So i just got grand theft auto 5 for christms, and the online wont work. I Mean it doesnt work AT ALL.

I go into my game, click pause and go to "online" and click "play GTA online" then i click "go" and then and ALERT pops up saying "proceed to the xbox games store to download?" So i click yes. Immediately after that another ALERT pops up saying "online services is disabled on your account"

Why?! I never did anything! As a matter of fact i got the entire xbox 360 today also! Why would it be disabled? I even went into my settings and made sure i was 'allowed' to play online because im a teen, and it says i am allowed. Maybe it has something to do with me being a teen? Im just so upset. I was really looking forward to this. Why would it be disabled!!!!? I just dont understand. My brother says that his old account got banned from using online, but he made a new account and it works fine for him! And i have a tottally different email and xbox than he does. Please anyone help?

I got braces on thursday morning, and its been 3 days and it hurts soo bad. Ive been taking medicine but it only helps a little. My gums are really red, and above my top front tooth, you can see my gum is extremely red and even has a little cut in it (i think from the tooth moving)

You can notice that my teeth have moved a lot. My 2 canine teeth were up really high, and in a matter of 3 days theyre almost level with my front teeth. The pain is so bad sometimes i want to throw up. I cant even eat anything, but last night i had to eat something solid because i was starving and felt sick if i ate anymore soup. When will it stop hurting? And also, when i chew my teeth dont go all the way down. My front 2 teeth are resting on my bottom brackets, so my other teeth dont touch, making it almost impossible to chew. (Im guessing this is to fix my overbite) please help i cant take this pain anymore. I want to eat like a normal person without crying!!!

Ok i have a few questions. I just got braces a few hours ago and so far they are hell. Ok sooo first, i cant chew. I have an overbite and The front braces stick out so that my overbite cant go down all the way, and it hurts a lot. When i rest my top teeth on the bottom brackets it hurts. Is this how its supposed to be? And also i cant chew!! Because my top teeth rest on the bottom brackets, my back teeth that i chew with dont touch. And in order to chew, your teeth kind of HAVE to touch. But they dont..

Im 14 and im getting braces in a few weeks, and im really scared that they will affect the way i look. I already am not a huge fan of my looks, because i have a prominent nose and chin (and im a girl ._.) and in the middle of having braces, i will have to get a baby tooth pulled. (I get the braces for 2 years so they might pull it at the 1 year mark? Not really sure..) but i already have a bit of a small mouth, will the braces make my mouth look smaller? Im getting them because i have an overbite and my teeth have a few small gaps but in most places theyre actually too close together. I honestly dont even know why i need any braces, probably just the orthadontist making more money.

Okay so, this all started when school started. Me and my 2 other friends were sitting together at lunch, and this other girl comes over and sits with us. Apperantly i knew her in like 5th grade? I dont even remember but i was like "um hi!" And shes kind of creepy. Dont get me wrong, im not some evil btch that talks about people behind their back but this girl follows me around and just gets all up on my stuff! Shes really clingy (as a friend. Im a girl too). And it has made my other friends not sit with me anymore. Im trying to be nice to this girl because it looks like she has no other friends, but all she talks about is how her little sisters hurt her with pots... And me and my other friends have all tried coming in the cafeteria together and sitting at another table, but she just gets up and comes and sits with us. UM. EXCUSE ME CAN YOU NOT TAKE A HINT? I really dont have the heart to tell her to leave me alone. What should i do?? She has found me during my SECOND lunch period also!

Ok so i have severe social anxiety and today i HAVE to sell food at an event with other girls. I think we will have a cash register but im scared to death i feel like having a panic attack and hiding right now. I hate having people waiting on a line staring at me. That is my worst fear is having people wait for me. And i dont know how often im going to havw to talk to someone but ive done this event before , but we ran a little kids station so anyone rarely came over. And the other girls dont like me because im so shy and they feel like i make them to all the work because i am lazy, when really i just want to go have a panic attack and cry. What should i do i have to leave in an hour

I have had my kitty for a year and shes an indoor cat. During the summer we would let her go outside for a little bit sometimes if we were outside. But thats it. We live in a pretty small condo. Do indoor cats get stir crazy? Cause i wouldnt be able to stay in that place for a week and shes done it for a year.

We have been letting a stray cat into our home that was dropped off in the area 5 years ago. He obviously has some breathing problems and it is cold outside, but my mom wont let him stay the night because he poops somewhere if we let him stay the night. But i feel so horrible letting him out. What should i do? Maybe the cold for me isnt as cold for cats

Well im in my first year of high school for a few weeks now, and i just cant seem to wake up.

This might sound weird but my mom still wakes me up , but anyways i will refuse to wake up without even knowing it, my mom will say my name about a billion times before i even understand what going on, and then i go back to sleep and she has to keep coming back and waking me up until i finally have to completely drag myself out of bed still sleeping and my eyes really hurt. I only start waking up 3rd period, which is really bad because i have science 1st & 2nd, and we get a lot of tests. I go to bed at about 11 each night (any earlier i just wont fall asleep) and then my mom starts waking me up at 5:45 but i usually wind up getting out of bed at 6. And then my bus comes at 6:30. So i get like 6 hours of sleep which is really really bad for my age, but going to bed any earlier just isnt possible for me. Its not that im not tired, just sometimes people in my house are still awake at that time

Well im 14 and im on my second pack of birth control pills, and i keep getting my period the day after i start the last week. Is this normal? because i thought that your supposed to get your period when the pack ends, but i get it during the last week.

I would say im a very creative and artistic person, but i cant draw. Can a person still be artistic if they cant draw? Thats the one thing in life i would trade for anything because i draw almost every day and dont get better :( i might be an alright drawer if only i understood how to shade. Any help?

I went on birth control for the first time a month ago, and i have 5 more pills until my period comes. And today, i started getting a headache in the morning. And then, i got a lot of spotting and also i got a little cramps. Is this normal with birth control? I knew u could get those symptoms before ur period except i didnt know that you could get cramps before your period?

What is the solution to

Im 14 and i over think things way too much. I guess you could say i have an over active imagination (not really art-wise but more like life-wise i dont even know) and i was just wondering like how do i know my dresser is actually there when im looking at it from a few feet away? What if its not really there until i touch it? And what if what i see looks completely different from what you see? Like humans look different to you than they look to me, but that wouldnt really explain descriptions or when someone draws a picture of someone. But maybe you just hear what you want to hear instead of what theyre actually saying, or you see what you wanna see instead of what they really drew. Is that possible?

I'm a very shy, very introverted 14 year old girl. I have very severe social anxiety disorder. I just got into high school and I've only had one true boyfriend... When I was 6 :( . I've lost most of my friends over the years and now I have 4 friends. All girls. I've only ever had a guy friend when I was little cause his mom and my mom are friends but we don't talk anymore cause we don't go to the same school. And he doesn't really text. I feel so alone most of the time, I usually play on my laptop. I really don't hang out with my friends much because I feel like they have more important friends than me and they have stuff to do. I also feel that if I invite them over, there will be nothing to do and they won't like me anymore because I'm so boring, I don't really know what teenage girls like to do (I should but don't.) I feel very ugly and unworthy a lot, I try so hard to feel beautiful and accept my life because some people have it way worse but no matter how hard i try it's like STUCK in my brain!!

And also my only interest is playing piano. I like writing too, but im not really good at it, I never finish my stories and I only got like a 75 average in English last year, I have no idea for future plans. College? What job do I want to study? I have no clue, and that makes me so nervous for some reason.

I'm just looking for some advice... I don't know. Please don't be rude in your answer its already bad enough,

And btw I just want people to know that I have really bad social anxiety disorder and its not something that can just be easily fixed and "just talk" it doesn't work like that. No one understands that because only like 5% of the world has to deal with it lol

I find that i have wayy more fun with people that do the same things as me. We have soo much more stuff to talk about and its just more fun. But with someone opposite, its like we have nothing in common and nothing to talk about. Opposites do not attract.. Only with magnets!! What do you think?
