for the next two weeks, i'm staying at my auntie's house and i have been granted access to their wifi. only problem is that i can't seem to connect to it. on my laptop, the required internet access point does not show up at all, and on my phone, which i am using to ask this, it shows up for five seconds when i first turn wifi connection on, then it disappears. i have tried rebooting my laptop and my phone, i've tried turning the internet off and back on, but nothing works. my auntie and her husband have no idea what the problem is either. please, for the love of god, help me please someone

My computer is about 6 years old, as a bit of backstory

About two months ago, I took the side of the tower off in order to clean out the dust. Since then, my computer will randomly crash. I'll be playing a video game, and it'll crash without warning. I'll be downloading anime and it'll crash. It just happens randomly. Even today, I've been trying to since my iPods for about three hours now. For my iPod mini, one song will sync and the computer will crash, thereby nullifying the sync. And with my iPod touch, it doesn't even get to back it up. The backup starts, and before it even gets halfway done, the computer crashes. Why does my computer do this? How can I fix it? Any help would me greatly appreciated

Ever since I got my iPod touch (3rd gen) four years ago, I have only ever synced it using my home computer. Recently, however, it has stopped syncing. It started off by just not syncing music, but it has now stopped showing up in iTunes completely. When I checked what computer it would sync to, it said that it would sync when connected to my uncles ex-girlfriend's laptop, which I used once to charge my iPod. How did my iPod think that that laptop is its new syncing device and how do I fix it? And for the record, I can't restore it on my computer because it just doesn't show up in iTunes. My iPod mini does, but not my touch

i am doing an oral in my ethics class on internet piracy, but i need more information to help me. i have found some stuff already, but i figured that other opinions can't hurt. our class has been told to use the "Ethical Method" to analyze the issue. for those that don't know what this is, i shall break it down for you

1. You have to recognize the ethical issue and clarify the difference between an event and an issue, the issue in this case being internet piracy

2. Write down as many stakeholders and/or authorities. write down how they are affected and who they are/who they represent

3. Determine the options. What are three possible outcomes that could resolve the dilemma, one really bad, one really good and one between the two. for each of these options, come up with bad, good and inbetween outcomes, how people will be affected and who they are and are there any laws.principles that automatically deny this option

4. Apply various ethical theorieas to evaluate each option. these are things like a deontological view, a utilitarianism view, a consequential view and moral absolutes.

i can do write this up myself, but i need help coming up with information for these criteria

i also need background information, recent developments and what various authorities are saying about it. these can be legal, religious et cetera. i also need information about where you got your information from

it just comes up with an ordinary game of SSBB with no extra skins/textures or whatever you want to call it. i have installed the homebrew channel and gotten the gecko os app. what am i doing wrong? i have also tried different tutorials from other sites, but this was the only one that worked. any help would be appreciated.

I have recently jailbroken my iPod and am having great fun with it. However, I want to know if there is anything to download that switches between the themes that I have selected. I've downloaded heaps of cool themes, but I can't pick one to stick with. Please help
