it was inside a building that's being renovated....little bit of rust on bottom that didnt get into foot.....i cant get to the store till monday so i was wonderin should i make a paste out of baking soda and cover the wound with it?since i dont have Epsom salt....i been usin hot water and soap...also should i wait till monday for a tetanus shot.ty ur input is much appreciated

nail punctured my foot it bled some i used some hydrogen peroxide also soak it in hot water....no redness around wound hurts like hell when i walk on it...can i wait till monday 2 go 2 dr for a tetanus shot or should i crawl 2 the er which is only 1/4 mile down the road...i think its been 10 years since i had a booster shot
