  • How to remove browser adware?

I have been trying to get rid of this malware which I assume is called "Exstra Savings", which is the name of the extension that keeps popping up whenever I open up Chrome. I have used AdwCleaner, MalwareBytes, my antivirus, and manually uninstalled the malware but anytime I open up Chrome it is always there no matter what! It's really frustrating, how can I permanently remove this malware?

  • Internet not working on laptop, but working on everything else?

Okay so my internet has been working perfectly fine, but all of a sudden I disconnected and I assumed it was a router problem so I resetted it. I was still not connected to the internet, but everything else that requires internet connection (my brother's laptop, iPad, phone...etc.) they all have connection. Everything except my laptop. This is what it looks like:

Also when I go to Device Manager:

Nothing really looks wrong to me? No yellow triangles or anything. Why is my internet not working?

Also this is what shows up when I type into the command prompt ipconfg /all :

  • Internet not working on laptop, but working on everything else?

I'm pretty sure the problem is my laptop, because the router and modem seem to be working fine with no problems. I have wifi connection on my phone and iPad, but on my laptop it says there "no available connections are available". When troubleshooting it, my laptop says "Wireless capability is turned off" and "A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken". I have a Windows 7 by the way. How can I solve the issue?

  • Trying to uninstall Norton Antivirus from my computer? Not working!?

So after realizing Norton Antivirus was a piece of crap, I wanted to uninstall it from my computer. Went to Add/Remove Programs, clicked uninstall, and nothing was popping up? Why is that? My computer has been running really slowly lately and Norton hasn't been working properly, so I wanted to install another antivirus. Can't get rid of Norton though - even from Add/Remove Programs. Is there another way I can remove it?

  • Does my computer have a virus?

It has been running very slowly, no programs are opening (such as google chrome) I have norton antivirus but whenever I try opening it, it doesn't open. My computer was running the day before just fine. It is constantly taking forever to open even the task manager, and when I right click the desktop a message pops up saying Windows Explorer has stopped working. The task bar and all my desktop icons disappear and then reappear. I have tried getting rid of the startup programs but that didn't work, I also tried a system restore but it said "System restore has not completed successfully". I have also tried running in safe mode but none of these have worked. I have a windows 7 PC that I have just gotten a year ago, I still have a bunch of GB left as well. Is this a virus? Is there any solution to this problem?

  • Why is my computer lagging and going really slow?

Anything I click ends up not responding, even the task bar. Nothing is opening and I can't even open my virus protection to run a scan. I have a Windows 7 that is a year old, I still have a lot of GB and I'm not sure what the problem is.

  • Why are there so many moths in my room?

Recently there have been a lot of these little flies in my room. They look a lot like Indian meal moths, but I've checked all my food and none seems to be infested. Also, I don't keep dry foods in my room, and the moths only show up in my bedroom. I'm not sure what kind of moths they are. Whenever I kill one, there are about two more flying around. I also found this yellow larvae looking thing on my bed. I want to know how to get rid of these things. Thanks.
