Is there a PC program where you can set it so that you get an Xbox-style achievement pop-up every time (with sound) you open a website or a program?

Like, say you open Internet Explorer... And you hear an xbox sound and get an achievement like "Fail. Lose 100G."

Something like that.

I was watching videos and looking at pics of Metroid games when I came across a pic of Samus in morph ball form and Master chief trying to do the same thing, except he was saying "I can't feel my legs". This got me to wondering....

How does Samus compress herself into Morph Ball form without breaking any bones or tearing any muscles or anything?

NOTE: I know this sounds nerdy, but it's been bothering me for a while..

Okay.... I don't want to buy anything. I don't want to buy a Swap Magic or a mod chip or an Action Replay. I don't have a DVD burner. I don't want to use swap methods.

How do I mod my PS2 to play backuped PS1 and PS2 games, and how do I play PS2 games if they're not burned to a DVD?

I've got $22, so that's the max I can spend. I'd like it to come with the face-up already done, and come with the hair and clothes you see in the pictures of them. I don't like american BJDs, just asian-made ones.

My friend has WEP 64-bit encryption for his router security. His DSi found and successfully tested his connection, and he can access the internet through the DSi's Internet Browser, but no DS Games he has can even find the router as an access point. He's been fooling with settings for a while now, but can't seem to get any games connect...

How can this be fixed?

My mom saw a bird in our front yard one day, and we're not sure what it is.

It was in between the size of a chicken and a regular bird (I mean the everyday small birds you see around)... It had the head of an emu (or appeared to).... And someone else who saw it claimed it was a Roadrunner (Though he may have just not known how big roadrunners are).

What kind of bird looks like this??????

Okay I've got this laptop that I'd like to replace, but since I don't have the money I have no choice but to fix up the laptop I currently have..... It's an HP that runs Windows XP Professional.

Problem One:

When I first got it, it was used... And it ran slower than hell even with virtually 98% of the memory remaining and no startup tasks or anything. I'm no expert on computers, but I KNOW a computer isn't supposed to do that. How do I make the laptop run faster? I'm using this laptop to run games as well, so it would be a big help.

Problem Two:

My laptop's battery is friggen weird. If I take it off of the charge, it says it has 80% battery, and over an hour remaining, but five minutes later I check and it says 33% and thirty minutes remaining. I don't know what's going on with that, but I know i've needed a new battery, but I can't afford that either. How would I make my battery store enough power to be portable? I REFUSE TO DO THE FREEZING TRICK BECAUSE I AM KLUTZY ENOUGH AS IT IS, AND I DON'T WANT TO RUIN THE LAPTOP OR BATTERY ANY MORE THAN THEY ARE.

Problem three:

My laptop weighs about seven pounds, which is NOT portable for me. I would like to take my laptop and tote it around, but at seven pounds I just cannot do it. How would I fix this problem?

I don't have all that extra **** you plug into the Xbox, and i'm not willing to directly plug it into a PC, but I want to friggen get Xbox Live. How do I do it without that adapter thing but without giving it a wired connection?

BTW, I can't do wired because my TV is all the way on the other side of the room of the computer and I don't think there's a such thing as a six yard computer cable. I can't do the adapter because if I connect to a free wireless service I expect to pay NOTHING. Which means that adapter must already be built into the system!

I'm looking for the newer DS Lite version of the Nintendo DS Browser, but so far Gamestop doesn't have it and the only hint of it I can find on Walmart.com is the "Nintendo Browser DS", which I had to go through google to find it and it can't be found in walmart.com's search bar, and it's always said it's out of stock. Since those are the only places I can go for games, i'd like to stick with Walmart since it was the closest to having a hit.

Does walmart sell the Nintendo DS Browser, even if it's not listed on its website?

I've got a custom font on my website, and when I asked someone to test it, all they saw was webdings. Now I have to have everyone who accesses the site to download the font. You know how there are websites that block people from using it unless they have firefox? I'd like to employ some system like that, except blocking them if they don't have the font, and redirecting them to a page that links them to the font's download page.

Any help?

Every time I try to make a transparent gif animation every previous frame shows. I want to make a picture dissappear and then a different one (with the transparency in a different place) appear, but all the previous frames would be showing. How would I go about making an animation as such in gimp?

My high school is having a Tacky Day for Red Ribbon Week tomorrow, and I need to know what to wear, since I don't know how to dress tacky.

What should I do?

I'm trying to make my monitor's resolution bigger so i can use RPG Maker VX, but when I went to the desktop properties and tried to fix it, it says the laptop has some dual monitor whatsit and that I only have 2 settings to pick from, 800 x 600 and some 1100 x 1200 one or something, which I was on the latter already.

How would I get to a larger resolution? I believe this is just a driver installed to the computer, but I can't seem to find any other sort of driver to use instead.

I'm just now at Dark Link, but all strategies on the internet are ineffective. I can't tell when DL's going to attack, so the hookshot/hammer method is out... Even when I don't move I sometimes jab with the sword, so the sword method is out, and I don't have enough of a magic bar to use Din's fire 8 times. I don't have the biggoron's sword yet, and I don't have Nayru's love either.

How do I defeat Dark Link when all methods are unavailable or don't work at all?

What is a proper comeback when you say one word (and sometimes not even to them) and then the person you say it to goes apeshit and tells you to go die?

I've googled around for 3 days and there's no sign of a ROM for "The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road" for the Nintendo DS. If you're wondering, it came out in Japan as RIZ-ZOAWD and it came out in North America yesterday. I don't understand why I can't find the ROM, but whatever. Not at any ROM sites i've checked (and i've checked more than 4).

Where can I find a ROM of this game?!

My Micro SD card suddenly stopped working in my R4 because of errors, and it had to be formatted. I used an official formatting program and told it that I didn't want anything deleted. It finished after 20 minutes with no apparent problems, so I took it out and tried it. My R4 then said it couldn't find _ds_menu.dat or whatever it was, so I put it back into the adapter and into the computer, but it wasn't recognized anymore. I tried it in 3 different computers, and none of them recognized the Micro SD card.

It was formatted to FAT32, if I remember correctly.

What do I do to fix this problem?
