I just got my schedule for my freshman year and I have weight training first period what will I be doing in there and will i be worn out for the rest of the day my class is for 55 minutes?

I'm a really skinny guy and I might try out for the football team in my freshman year (I start high school next week) and I haven't played football on a team a day in my life. I'm making a card game and how could I print the cards? I don't mean on like printer paper i mean on like paper thats playing card thickness? Do they make note cards that are as thick as card stock?

I have just gone to a Atlanta Braves game just yesterday. Before the game, I went to the store bought a glove, took the tags off and went to the game (Hoping a ball might fly my way, unfortunately 3 balls went one row over just above the dugouts).
