  • I have a body odor problem...but I don't sweat that much and wear a lot of deodorant?

Can anyone suggest where this odor could be coming from, because I know for a fact that it isn't my underarms. I shower every morning before school, use body wash, shampoo, some soap, everything. Heck, I've even resorted to using talcum powder on my rear end because I think the smell may be coming from there, but this is only making the problem worse. I know this question comes across as funny, I understand, but its really a very embarrassing problem, and I've overheard a few people complaining about the smell. And please don't say wipe better or clean my butt...because I do that. I've even used this anti sweat liquid stuff my doctor gave me (it hasn't worked). Please help me

(Im a 17 year old male btw)

    Thanks

  • Is my friend in trouble?

My friend (18 years old 6ft 175lbs) drank 8 bud light limes rather quickly. He told me it was within about an hour and a half. This was over 8 hours ago, however, and at the moment his stomach is a bit sore and he has a slight headache. He hasn't gotten sick at all, but he's worrying so much. Should he be??

  • Which college football game should I attend on November 6th?

I'm visiting colleges from Thursday November 4th - Sunday November 7th. I'll be visiting South Carolina, Clemson, Georgia, and Florida State, and would love to take in a football game at one of the schools (they all have home games that weekend). The trip is still in the planning stages, and I would be able to attend any of the following games...

    Clemson vs. North Carolina State

    South Carolina vs. Arkansas

    Georgia vs. Idaho State

    Florida State vs. North Carolina

I have almost ruled out the Georgia game because of the crappy opponent, but not completely. If you could visit any of those stadiums for these matchups, which game would you (as a huge college football fan) want to see? thanks

  • Why do I smell, especially when I stand up?

I don't usually notice myself smelling when I sit down, whether it be on the couch at home or at a desk in school. But when I stand up, I notice that there is a foul smell ( I don't think its body odor, and its not that smell on people who fart a lot) coming from my body. I seem to think that its coming from my rear end, but I'm not 100 percent sure.

I wear plenty of deodorant, I shower daily, I use body wash daily over all areas of my body, and I recently started wearing cologne to see if it would cancel out the smell. I've also started using talcum powder on my butt as well in the morning before school. What could it be? Thanks very much.

BTW I'm a 17 year old male, and I wash my clothes everyday. But I know this odor is coming from me

  • I fart uncontrollably. Any ideas as to what I can do, as it's causing me to STINK!?

Recently I've noticed that something on or around me flat out stinks. I have come to the conclusion that I fart a lot, often times uncontrollably and I think even unknowingly, and its causing me to stink to high heaven. I wipe thoroughly, I wash the area everyday, but I guess these things aren't going to help when I go through school farting all day.

Any recommendations? Thanks. (I'm a 17 year old male btw)

  • Why does my butt smell so bad, and causes my whole body to stink?

I know that peoples' rear ends stink. its just the way it is. but with me, mine smells so bad that I think its whats causing myself to smell horrible in general. not to be too descriptive, but i clean my entire body and shower daily, and lately have been washing that area with A LOT of soap...but it still stinks. if anyone has dealt with this sort of problem, or could offer some insight as to what i can do about it (it's pretty embarrassing!) I'd much appreciate it.

also, I've been getting a lot of "swamp ***" lately (where the boxers become sweaty) and I think this could be a factor. its happening not only when im running around and being active, but just while i sit in the classroom. why? and what can i do?

thanks! (im a 17 year old male btw)

  • What is the minimum age you can consume alcohol on a cruise ship sailing in Europe?

Are all lines different with this policy, or is there a common rule? I'll be 18 when I plan to cruise next year in the Mediteranean. Also, if this makes a difference, I'll be traveling with my grandmother and not may parents. Thanks.

  • My butt smells really bad...but I shower and wash area daily (and obviously wipe thoroughly!)?

Either I am extremely self conscious, or I must face the fact that I smell bad. I can tell that something isn't right with the smell of my body, but I shower daily, wear deodorant, and use body wash in the shower (and apply to all areas of body. I have a feeling its coming from my butt, but its not a poop smell, but almost just like a nasty sweaty smell. I know this may be gross, but if anyone can help I'd appreciate it...you can't make these things up! Thanks

  • How to deal with parents constantly fighting...?

Let me start this off by saying that my dad is a very difficult person. Difficult to deal with and difficult to handle. Im not going to use profanity towards him online, but believe me i feel like saying every swear word imaginable to his face. he mistreats my mother (he has never understood what it means to respect women, he just treats her like he would a man) not physically, but verbally. he does it in front of me and my younger sister. When they argue, he always needs to have the last word in, he's always right, and whatever he says goes. I really don't want to sound like I'm complaining, but it has gotten worse ever since he has taken a new job that he hates. He takes out his anger on me, my sister, but especially my mom.

Keep in mind, this opinion is coming from a 17 year old boy, and you'd think I could relate to him better than I could my mom or anyone else. But as far as I'm concerned, I want my relationship with him to be as distant as possible, and it will make seeing my mom later in life difficult.

Thank you for reading this (it was probably a torture, I'm sorry). But do you have any advice?

  • Does my dog deserve to be put to sleep?

Just a little backround info on him...

    -West Highland Terrier (Westie)

-A little over 4 years old

-Has always been agressive towards strrangers, but today attacked my sisters best friends leg when she walked in the front door...

He's such a good dog within the family, but unfortunately my parents feel he cannot be trusted and might do it again to another stranger, and cause more damage (thank god the girl didn't bleed profusely and family didn't sue).

I'm just wondering, should Duffy be put down? Is there any obediance (sorry about spelling) school that can help adult dogs to not do this sort of thing. Today was very difficult, and if anyone has any info on this sort of thing, please let me know. Thank you.

  • Is my dad or sister at fault in this situation?

There was an argument in my house last night between my dad and older sister (im sort of getting used to them because of their frequency) but I was wondering who's more to blame for this...

I just cleaned the floor in the kitchen and my sister comes downstairs after napping all day. she insists on getting food at that exact moment while the floor is drying. my dad tells her to wait five minutes. she then walks into the kitchen gliding on paper towels not listening to me dad. my dad starts screaming at her, and then my sister calls him crazy three times. she says that she always cleans but nobody cares and the house gets trashed anyway (true, she does usually clean, but at least I don't trash it). my dad bans her from driving the car for a week, using profanity throughout the discussion while my sister remained quiet. then later, while me and my dad are at church, we come home and see her car is gone, and we later find out that she drove to my grandmas house to sleep there for the night because she was so angry.

So, who's wrong in this situation? (And thanks for reading, I know it was long)

  • 2008 was a great year in concerts for me, and 2009 is looking to be also.In your opinion, which year is better?

I've been very fortunate to see some of my favorite bands live and am planning to see many more. Most bands I like are pretty old, as I'm really into older metal and classic rock (so if you like the Jonas Brothers, its unlikely you've heard of the bands I will mention). But here are the concerts I saw last year and earlier this year, and the ones I have tickets for this year:

    2008-

Van Halen at Madison Square Garden

Tom Petty at the Prudential Center

The Police (their last concert ever) at the Garden

The Who at the Izod Center

Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the Izod Center

    2009:

    Metallica at the Prudential Center

    I have tickets for...

ACDC at Giants Stadium (I have 2nd row seats)

Aerosmith at PNC Bank Arts Center

    U2 at Giants Stadium

(and I hope to see Metallica again later this year)

I'm really not trying to brag, its just that music is my thing. So, which year would you consider to be the better year with the better artists? 08 or 09?

  • General Admission floor or upper level for tickets to U2 at Giants Stadium?

Me and a friend have been dying to see U2 and are so excited they are coming to the Meadowlands. My question: because both the floor and 300 level at the stadium are priced at 55 dollars, which would you recemmend we buy tickets for. I was thinking the upper level, because on the floor you could be very far back, yet the floor can be crazy, so I dont know. Can anyone with floor seats experience, especially at Giants Stadium, explain to me which you would prefer for the same price. Also, if we did buy floor seats, how early would we have to get there to be somewhat close? Thanks very much

  • Is it better to visit Park City, Utah in December or February for a ski/snowboarding trip?

A family friend just moved out to Salt Lake City and have invited us to visit anytime we want. I have school breaks at Christmas time and late February, and was wondering which time is a better time, factoring in ski conditions/weather, general airfare prices from NYC, and crowds. Also which are the best places to ski/board, as some of the family skis, and other snowboard.

    Thanks
