Recently I bought a car from a lady who was the Power of Attorney for the couple who owned it. I went to transfer it but the DMV said I needed a copy of the power of attorney and that the POA needed to sign the title twice instead of just once. So I was reluctant to give the title back but I did. I made a copy of it showing that it was sold to me, and then I mailed it to her. Now she is refusing to send it back and said she is contacting the proper authorities to get it back. I paid 500 dollars for it. What are my options? Do I have any??

My cat who was found in a box at a lake was just neutered on thursday (3 days ago.) Hes about 4 months old. They kept him over night and i got him back friday... today is sunday. First of all he had poop on him when i picked him up then he peed allover in the carrier he was in. Im guessing he was in the kennel with no litterbox at least 35 hrs or more before i picked him up. I had to clean him up at home without getting his incision wet. This took hours. Anyways.. once cleaned up i looked him over and couldnt see a scar on his testicles. After the vet was closed and i couldnt call to ask i finally noticed the incision on his testicles plus a big one on his belly. This wasnt noted on the forms they gave me. Online it said his testicles probably werent descended so i wasnt worried they thought he was a girl n made an oops... but they didnt tell me. The incision looks good. No swelling... no pain as far as i can tell. Hes acting normal... eating.. drinking... playing... cuddling. But he threw up twice today... it was mostly digested food. Then i noticed a huge pile of diarrhea and also white stuff in his pee that smelled kinda like human ejaculation fluid. Is it an infection? Is it normal? It was whiteish clear. Hes had his shots and was dewormed. I cant talk to the vet til tomorrow.

Ok so ive had this tank... a 75 gallon... since may of 2011..so a year and 8i months. I have 4 goldfish. 6 months ago i moved and they survived just fine. I put them in a smaller tank with water from the old tank then when i moved i put the uncleaned filter in the tank with water and let it cycle overnight before putting the fish back in. It went well. Water was crystal clear for 6 months. Well i just moved again snd did the same thing. The water has been super cloudy and i cant see the fish unless they are near the glass. I tried a partial water change and cleaning the filter without putting new filters in. I tested the water and everything is normal except nitrite is slightly higher than normal and its very hard water. Now since this morning theres fuzzy white stuff covering the decorations and attached to the glass. Help!

I have had my fiddler crabs for almost 6 months now. I started with 1 male and 2 females. I got them at the same time. The male and one female moulted. The second female appeared to have exploded in her shell and I assumed it was because she didnt moult. Recently we got another male so we had 2 males and 1 female. They all got along well. It's been at least a month. The original male moulted again. This morning I checked on the crabs and I saw legs that didnt appear to be exoskeleton legs laying around where the female usually sits. I looked all over and I found a fully intact exoskeleton so I was instantly worried because this meant she was really missing her legs. I lifted up one of the hideaway spots and found the original male feasting on her mutilated body. When he ran away I saw that she was pretty much bent in half like he had squeezed her with his claw. Her legs were missing and she had been chewed on. I don't know if she randomly died and he just happened to be eating on her body or if he killed her. I never heard of this happening especially since these 2 were tank mates for the last 6 months and have gone through 2 moults with no problem. Also I know the second male didn't kill her because he has a broken claw and keeps mostly to himself.

I will be at the college and have a short break long enough to eat lunch from the cafeteria then immediately after I will be taking my fitness testing for law enforcement which includes sit ups, side steps, running a mile and a half and flexibility tests. What cafeteria food should I choose that won't leave me bloated, sluggish or give me diarrhea, heartburn or an upset stomach? thanks.

My dog puked in her kennel this morning while I was at work. My entire apartment smells so nasty. It's worse than poop. I took her outside right away and she had diarrhea a couple times outside. I brought her in and rubbed her tummy and it feels normal, maybe a little hard. She hasn't had or dont anything different except for yesterday after I cleaned out my fridge she got into the garbage. I didn't see how much she ate because as soon as I caught her I took it outside. The garbage had at least month old roast and veggies with mold on it. I called the vet and of course the vet says they gotta see her to know for sure so I'd have to find a car and pay for gas plus the exam and it might just be that she ate bad food and it will pass. The vet said something about her stomach twisting. Sometimes I dont know if they just want my money. What should I do? I still have her in the kennel since she has diarrhea and puking but I cleaned out her kennel and dried it and gave her a little bowl of water which I watched her drink. I'm afraid to give her any food.

I'm a new vegetarian and I am looking for great vegetarian recipes. I have a family and I want it to be something they will eat too. Please share your favorites with me and the one that I decide to make first will get best answer.

Ok what I want to do is to put pasta and alfredo sauce and stuff in a casserole dish and lay the chicken breasts on top and bake it all in one dish. I cannot find a recipe like this. I need help. I need to know first will I need to add water to the sauce and pasta? How long do I cook it? What if the chicken breasts are frozen? What temp should I put the oven on? Do you know a recipe similar to this where I can put the chicken on top of other stuff whole and cook it in one dish? Please help!

I havent had sex in about 9 or 10 months. I had severe heavy bleeding and cramping last year. I had an ultrasound to find I had no cysts. It was suspected I may have endometriosis so my doctor put me on the pill. She said she wanted to try me on that and when I go back for my annual we will discuss any further actions. Anyways, the point of me taking the pill was to skip the sugar pills and move on to the next pack right away so I don't have anymore periods. No periods.. no pain right? Well it worked for 4 months no period and almost no pain. Then I randomly got my period or what seems to be my period. It went from light spotting to heavier bleeding. The pain is bad to the point I feel like I'm in labor at some points. I tried calling her several times and she's never there. No other dr will talk to me without having an exam and I don't want to pay one doctor to tell me I have to go see my regular doctor. So please tell me what you think this could be.. Could anything potentially life threatening be happening? I've been bleeding for 2.5 weeks, sometimes severe cramping and severe headaches and very tired to where I fall asleep sitting up in the middle of the day.

I'd like to read a novel about witches, preferably the witch trials. Id like it to be nonfiction maybe inspired by the salem witch trials.. if you cant think of anything like this then is there a good book i can read about witches at all? adult or young adult only. no childrens books please.

I had one male fiddler crab for the last couple months. A few weeks ago I got 2 females. One female was a little bigger, the same size as my male and the other female was probably half the size. The smaller one was lively and normal yesterday and I think this morning it was moving. Today I noticed she was not moving. Another female crab walked right on top of her and she didnt even care. I took her out and she didnt move. A little bit of white liquid came out from her. I wasnt sure if it was pee or water or what. I read a little bit about molting and it sounds like its possible she could be molting so I put her back in to leave her alone. So is there an expert out there that knows if she is molting or dead? And if I leave her in there with the other 2 crabs to see if she's molting and she's actually dead will her dead body be harmful to my other crabs? Please let me know thanks.

I have a 75 gallon tank with 3 goldfish in it. I had more but they died. These 3 have outlasted them all and have been doing well. I have a filter, I've learned to feed them only once a day instead of 5 times a day...... the gravel looks clean and I do the weekly partial changes but the water still looks yellowish. I have a 10 gallon tank right next to it with 1 beta fish in it and its totally clear.

Ive had my female betta fish for quite awhile now. She was a dark blue with some black and very little red on her. I had her in a big tank with other fish but she seemed less happy there than when I used to have her in a small 2 gallon tank by herself.. so I put her in her own 10 gallon tank today. The water was slightly warmer than the water she was already in which was 74 degrees and I thought was a little too cold for her. The new water was I believe 76 degrees. I put water conditioner in like always and let it sit for awhile before putting her in there. The only difference besides the slight temperature change was the rocks were browns and reds and in the old tank they were dark blues and blacks. After being in there for an hour or so I went to check on her and she is now a brownish reddish whitish color. She seems lively and happy. Is this from the temperature change? Is it just because she's in a tank with different colors? or is there something wrong with her? Please help thanks.

Ok I am hoping someone can tell me why I am always nauseous. I am almost 27, female. I have a 7 year old daughter. I have had trouble concieving. I am newly divorced and havent had sex in a very long time so there is no way I am pregnant. The nausea is comparable to morning sickness. I have waves of nausea. My sense of smell is very good and everything grosses me out. I gag at the thought, smell or sight of things. Recently it has gotten so much worse that I actually have been throwing up. This "always nauseous" symptom has been bothering me since early 2009. And since around the same time Ive had diarrhea, cramps and stomach pain almost every day. I had gone to the family doctor and he decided it was stress, anxiety and depression. I took anti depressants and meds for anxiety.. didnt work. I had convinced myself that the cramping on my right side had to be a cyst on my right ovary.. since the pain was similar to the cyst I had before. I went to my ob/gyn and she did every test you could imagine... I have no STD... theres no cysts and the possibility of endometriosis came up. She doesnt want to do surgery and thats the only way to know if endometriosis exists so she decided to put me on birth control pills back to back so i dont get a period to see if that helps. I have been taking the pills for 3 weeks and my symptoms only seem to get worse. She also said it was possible my diet was to blame for my stomach problems. However, I changed my diet for a few months and lost 15 pounds. During this time of eating regular meals and spreading them out and getting more balance in my diet.... I still had the nausea and diarrhea and cramps. Hope thats enough info and yes I know YA is not a dr but Im trying to get direction so I know what to talk to a DR about since the 2 I have seen already havent done anything to help me so far.

My husband and I have gone through a pretty long divorce over the last year and a half.

The divorce should be final this week. My daughter has been acting out. She has problems with authority. Her father spent 3 years of her life in prison. Another 9 months in jail and another month in jail. I have gotten her into counseling and her therapist said she has ODD (oppositional defiance disorder). I have done alot of research and that diagnosis fits her completely. My question has to do with her drawings. Her father and his druggy loser friends think her drawings are normal and that its just showing her creativity. I do not agree. She has been drawing "evil" things. Every things she draws has to be an evil version of the thing she is drawing. She draws and writes about killing and death and violent things. We both talked with her and told her to stop drawing and writing things like that. Especially since, when we asked her why she does it she just said because she is bored. She stopped for a month or so then I got a school paper back and on the back she drew an oversized rabbit and it said "evil rabbit" above its head. Then she wrote on the bottom "evil rabbit has come to KILL!" Her dad laughed and thought it was funny and I think its disturbing. Maybe alone it wouldnt be bad but with her other behaviors and other disturbing things she does like talking to strangers and telling them personal things that sound disturbing i think its bad. I want to talk to her therapist about it and her dad thinks im crazy. Please tell me what these drawings mean.
