  • Trying to upload a video onto Facebook but the progress bar doesn't move?

    Size of the video: 1.43 GB / 905 x 509 pixels

    Length: 5:57

I have tried about 6 times these past 2 months on different occasions for hours at a time to upload this ONE video.

The progress bar doesn't ever budge. I've changed it from a .AVI to a .MOV to a .MPG and tried uploading it in each of those extensions and they all just say "connecting" in the tab on my Firefox but gives me no progress and continues to tell me to wait while it uploads. I even ctrl clicked it and chose to "compress" it and tried to upload THAT format of the video and it's doing the same thing! I just sent in a report to Facebook, but who knows how long it is until they respond.

Is there anything else I can do??

  • Are guys you meet at night clubs safe dating material...?

So I went to a night club with my friend last Friday and this one guy I danced with started to try to kiss me and I was not diggin' it, so I gave my friend the look to save me and she awkwardly snatched me away from him. Then I danced with this other guy and he whispered to me "Don't worry, I'll protect you." since he knew that guy was bugging me.

So we all planned to hang out as a "double date" on Friday (tomorrow). but now my friend's club guy has work and can't come and the guy i'm texting is saying that he and I can hang out just one on one instead. I feel kind of uncomfortable and awkward about going out alone with him. And I know nothing about him except that he is a tad older than me, might be celibate, has a decent sense of humor, and has 2 jobs. I am a freshman in college (in a new state away from home) and he graduated last year. SHOULD I MEET WITH HIM TOMORROW? Or does this situation sound sketch…?

  • Should I go out with the guy from the club...?

So I went to a night club with my friend last Friday and this one guy I danced with started to try to kiss me and I was not diggin' it, so I gave my friend the look to save me and she awkwardly snatched me away from him. So we danced by ourselves for a while just having fun. A girls night out!

When all of a sudden a guy starts doing the lasso towards my friend. He doesn't try to rub his junk on her butt or grind on her or anything, so we thought he was funny and nice. He brings his friend over and his friend is pretty damn cute, so I dance with him. Neither of these guys tried to make advances, they didnt try to touch us too inappropriately or kiss us. Even when the creeper came by, the guy I was dancing with said "Don't worry, I'll protect you." My friend's dance partner was hilarious because he did silly moves like the shopping cart and the fishing pole, etc. My guy was more shy.

ANYWAYS we end the night and exchange numbers and have been texting for this past week. So we all planned to hang out as a "double date" on Friday (tomorrow). After texting for a while he calls me a tease since I teased him on the dance floor a bit and then says "yeah im a huge tease too cause im celibate" ... but then said that he might be kidding and that i will "just have to wait and see. See? I can be mysterious too!". He is teasing me and being mysterious because I always play hard to get so now he feels like being a punk and hanging that over my head... But what we text is pretty innocent stuff. ... but now my friend's guy has work and his friend is saying him and I can hang out just one on one.

SO HERE'S MY QUESTION... I feel uncomfortable and awkward about going out alone with him. And I know nothing about him except that he is a tad older than me, might be celibate, has a decent sense of humor, and has 2 jobs. SHOULD I MEET WITH HIM TOMORROW?

  • How do I get a highlighter stain out of a white threaded badge/patch, that is attached to a navy blue blazer?

I literally JUST yesterday got the blazer that my daughter wears to her school on formal occasions, (private school, they wear uniforms). I got it back from my dry cleaner, and my son felt like being a little trouble maker and took a pink highlighter and put 7 dots all on the white thread around this circular patch that has my daughter's school Emblem sewn on. Its sewn onto the blazer too. The tread it sewn over many times on the patch itself, so the pink is quite noticable.

So if I use bleach won't it accidentally bleach the blazer too? I can't send it to the dry cleaners, I just paid for the last trip to the cleaners. I don't want to ruin it and I don't want to spend a lot.

I've never tries to get a stain out of thread before. The blazer says dry clean only, so throwing it in the wash is out of the question. HELP ME!

  • The case of the black period. Help? I'm on birth control too...?

I'm 15 and I took Acutaine, which is an intense acne medication. And in order to take Acutaine you need some sort of birth control whether you're sexually active or not.

So I've been on birth control for about a year, maybe a little longer. And my period used to be really heavy and i'd get baaadd cramps. Like the blood would soak through my clothes. Yuck!

So now since I'm on birth control my period is light and it's great! I've been off Acutaine for about 7 months , but my parents are letting me continue birth control.

Well, my period used to last about a week before the pill, then after using it it lasted about 4 days.

WELL, recently my period lasted about 4 days and was heavier than usual, no big deal. My period ended, but then 2 days later my period started again and it's black and has blood clumps! EW!

It's still going on right now, and this isn't the first time this has happened....

any help? please don't say "ask your doctor" because that's a given.

    haha

  • Runescape refuses my Username and Password! Why?? ?

I go to Runescape.com, click Existing User, Click "Choose Best World for Me", I get to the setting options page where they start playing the cheesy music, and I click 'Log In'.

    I type in my Username.

    Type in my password.

Then it says "Performing Login..." And I'm all filled with hope!

Then it says "Invalid username or password. If you have forgotten your password, click here."

I hadn't played my runescape for about half a year until last week. I clicked that I forgot my password, then I remembered it without the help of the website, wrote it down, and logged in and played runescape 3 days in a row (not day and night!) with out any trouble.

Then, on the fourth day, it wouldn't let me login until i tried about 5 times in a row. I used the same username and password each time, because I knew they were the right ones. On the fourth time it finally logged in.

Then I didn't play for about 5 days. And now, since Wednesday, IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN!! It says the same "Invalid Username or Password" each time I try to login!! And I'm not misspelling anything, and I'm not using the wrong passwords or usernames.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Or can anyone help me or think of something I can do?

I mean my character was only on Level 7... but idk. I don't want to start all over again.

  • My best friend thinks she's a fat ***?

She's an amazing ballerina and she thinks she has gotten fat. She's cut herself before and is on anti-depressants. I think she is elegant, and has amazing taste in movies, music, style, clothing everything!

Her grandma told her to stop eating and told her she was a fat ***. I know her grandma, and that DOES NOT sound like something she'd say. I mean her grandma would say that about someone else, but never to my friend or her twin sister. Is she lying? Or did grandma actually say that?

I've known her since kindergarten and I'm afraid she is going to do something bad, like kill herself.

    What should i do?
