Trying to upload a video onto Facebook but the progress bar doesn't move?

I have tried about 6 times these past 2 months on different occasions for hours at a time to upload this ONE video.
The progress bar doesn't ever budge. I've changed it from a .AVI to a .MOV to a .MPG and tried uploading it in each of those extensions and they all just say "connecting" in the tab on my Firefox but gives me no progress and continues to tell me to wait while it uploads. I even ctrl clicked it and chose to "compress" it and tried to upload THAT format of the video and it's doing the same thing! I just sent in a report to Facebook, but who knows how long it is until they respond.
Is there anything else I can do??

That's happened to me. It was AVI format. And all I did was refresh the page and the video was suddenly up. Maybe that will work if you try? Failbook is failing...
