Try listening to relaxing music.
Don't eat cheese as it can give you a stomach ache.
Try melting some chocolate in a pan with some hot milk and drink that.
Try a natural sleeping pill like Melatonin.
Don't watch anything that really makes you think before bed as you won't be able to relax!

Try taking a Lavender bath, and putting a relaxation CD on low, waterfall music or something like that. Fresh bed linen also helps with a few drops of Lavender on the pillow. Avoid Alcohol or Caffeine.

Besides warm milk natural remedies include melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP and others that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".
