Any recommendation on a good single or double Umbrella Stroller?

Has to have a storage basket

I've been looking for a good Double Stroller and so far have not found one that I really like besides the Graco FastActions Fold Duo. Here's what I'am looking for in a Double stroller:

Side by Side double stroller

Fits through door ways

Large storage bottom basket

Cup holder

Not Heavy

Easy to fold away

Price wise I don't really want to spend 500$. Maybe around 200-300$.

I've been having troubles applying liquid eyeliner. It's the same liquid eyeliner that I've been using for years and it had done me good until I started using Foundation or maybe eye shadow base. My liquid eyeliner keeps creasing on me. I have a small crease so whenever I'm done applying my eyeliner would crease. Any tips or tricks on how I could avoid this? Also, any real good liquid or gel eyeliner recommended? I've tried a few drugstore brand and it smears or creases really bad.

If it helps I used the Loreal intense liquid eyeliner (gold tube).

I'm planning a 2 day trip to Disneyland in California than I have 2 extra days that I would like to spend around Anaheim or somewhere North like LA but not as far as all the way to San Francisco. I'm going to be with my kids and so I need places that not only my kids can enter but could also enjoy the Theme park rides or activities as well. My youngest is 2 years old. I was thinking about a day at Universal Studio but I was reading some reviews and some says that it's really not for Toddlers.

So any ideas where else to take a Toddler or if you ever experience taking a toddler to Universal Studio, how did it all go?

If there's required a lot of walking I will be bringing a stroller but how will you handle parking a stroller on the side to get on rides? Will it be okay?

It feels like something is stuck between the tire or something and the turn will not be a smooth turn. I've only notice this when backing out and turning the tires/wheel all the way.
