I have poor appetite and I don't eat much. My weight is average, I would like to be skinnier.

Anyways, I joined this site that tracks your calories and I always eat less than 1,000 calories a day!!

For one, if I eat that little, why is my bmi still 19 and not something lower?

But apart from that, I also know 1,000 calories a day is 'unhealthy'. I only eat very healthy foods, barely bread cheese or meat. Should I force myself to eat more than 1,000 calories a day to have the 'recommended amount' or should I keep eating the way I am now?

I dont think so, and i cant see it at all.

Ive tried to understand and i just cant, i have no confidence and i still look like ****, and if i thought i looked good id still look exactly the same.

Thoughts cant change reality, but thats just how i see it. Yet too many people belive in confidence for it to be wrong? Can someone explain?

I reset my safari multiple times and it STILL shows up.

Im worried, i was logged into facebook before and when i tried refreshing the home page this happens.

I have a mac and am on safari, but i reset it and cleared the cache/cookies and everything and it still shows. Same when i use firefox

Ive been having shortness of breath for the past 3 days, i cant regulate my breathing and when i let my instinct breath for me i feel like im not getting enough air, i cant fall asleep because im scared il stop breathing or wake up choking.

Could it be anxiety or depression?

The first time i felt this feeling was when i was high off marijuanna, and i passed it off because i thought it was just an effect. But when the marjuanna wore off it still kept coming back

okay so i know smoking is bad n all, thts not wht i wanna hear. i want to know if i may have cardiovascular disease.

how i feel:

1. i feel like i cant ever breath in deep enough. if i take deep breaths i feel like they are cut off. i think this is new. (ive been smokin cigarettes for awhile)

2. after i excersize im always short of breath. i find it very hard to breath when excersizing. more than usual. even if its a little excersize, like climbing a flight of stairs or running a lap

3. i feel a weird tightness/heaviness in my chest. its mild..but its still there

is there a way i could get tested without my parents knowing?

please dont tell me to tell my parents or to stop smoking. i know smoking is bad. trust me, i know. i know i should tell my parents and they have a suspicion id just rather get test results myself

okay so i opened my droor and found a very very moldy smelly vegtable in it!!! it smelled like a zucchini and was covered in grey furry stuff so i took a fork and flung it in a plastic bag and then i took floor and goo cleaner and scrubbed it all over and i took the droor out and covered it with floor cleaner and huggies and left it outside. the whole inside of the droor was sparsley covered with yellow fuzz and the vegtable left a tough black stain where it lay

PLEASE help is it toxic?? will i get sick?? do i smell like it?? im really worried and my parents would be mad if they found out that i tried cleaning it by myself
