am transferring out of a university and am getting tons of emails stating that i did not enroll for courses in Fall. Do I have to notify them that I am no longer attending that school or just keep shut and start classes in the one where I transferred to this fall?

Does this mean I have till 1st of a month to pay the rent for that month? I am moving in in an apartment this august and the realtor is complaining that I haven't paid the first month rent to the landlord and he is considering to not rent it to me. Does the agreement say I still have till 1st of aug?

So i am joining a lease with 2 other guys but i was wondering what if one of them pays the rent late or something? Will the remaining two have the bare the consequence?

I am recently about to join a lease with a person who claims to be astudent at the same university I will start my classes in this Fall. However, I contacted the university councellor out of curiosity and realized that he is not a student, never was as well. The councellor said he is a real state agent broker (which I knew as he told me). However I am desperately in need of a house to move in as I am transferring from Maine to Massachussetts and I dont have much flexibility of looking around for other options. I was wondering what are the risks of moving in if I have no choice?

I am planning to move in with someone else, whom i dont know well. That person found an apartment through a realtor and made the first month deposit. But the realtor emailed me a the rental application and told me to fill up and send it with the application fee. The form asks for my income and all. I was wondering if everyone is supposed to fill one up as the person im moving in with said he filled up his.

Can I use the term "prophylactic measures" to describe use of lab-coats and gloves?

I was thinking of wearing a sweater instead of suit while every other formal dress remains (such as shirt, tie, dress shoes, etc).
