How to make World of Warcraft compatible with Windows 10?
My son bought World of Warcraft for his birthday. When we got home we noticed that it says that it will work with systems up to Windows 8. We have Windows 10. Could someone give us step by step instructions on how to get it to work on Windows 10. I tried setting the compatibility setting but it doesn't seem to work. It always freezes. Any help would be appreciated. He really wants to play this game. He has gone as far as he can with the online game.
2 AnswersVideo & Online Games6 years agoJust how much support?
Often times I read that children should not be given up as newborn because the "bmom just needs support." So, my question is just how much support should a birth mother get??? Here in the U.S. there are numerous programs to help people but when does helping people become more of a hindrance than a help. It is easy to say "all bmoms need is support" but all the support in the world isn't going to change emotional, fiscal, cognitive and psychological reality. All the support in the world isn't going to make a 14 year old mature enough to raise a child. All "the support' in the world isn't going to make a dysfunctional home a better home if the people involved don't want to change. And lastly, who pays for all this? It is easy to say "give them support" but how much should taxpayers shell out to help individuals when they make decisions. And doesn't society have more of an obligation to the minor child then the adult? If the adult or bmom isn't capable of raising the child, should society have an obligation to tell that individual that keeping a child when they can not raise the child is irresponsible?
I see this response over and over and I really want to know from some of the "anti-adopters" and whoever wants to answer, just how much support is the state suppose to give someone? And just how are cash strapped states suppose to pay for all this support?
9 AnswersAdoption10 years agoGood Cat Food for all Ages?
Can anyone recommend a good but relatively inexpensive cat food for all ages of cat.
I have a kitten who is only a few months old, a 14 month old cat and then an older cat who is 5-7 old.
The kitten and the older cat we adopted a few weeks ago from friends who could not keep them. The problem is that the kitten wont eat just eat out of his bowl. He eats the adult cat food and he gets the runs.
So, I need a cat food that will meet the needs of a kitten, an adult cat and a geriatric cat and preferably will not give the kitten the runs because the smell is horrible.
Also, any advice to help with the smell (other than change the litter everyday which we do) would be appreciated. I'm sure season cat owners have some good home remedies.
Thanks in advance.
4 AnswersCats10 years agoHow to keep rabbit comfortable until death?
I'm sorry for the morbid question but I really feel helpless right now. My beloved rabbit suffered a series of strokes (or vascular incidents which I guess are the actual names) this weekend. He is now paralyzed on one side. He is loosing control of his bowels and right now, his quality of life is at a zero. I called the vet and I can take him in to be euthanized at 9:30 which is 1 1/2 hours away.
Right now, he is lying on the floor, with some food and water. I want to make his last hour a more comfortable/cleaner one. He deserves to die with as much dignity as possible.
I know I sound melodramatic but we got him from the humane society when he was 3 or 4. We have had him for 9 years. He is a wonderful rabbit.
I want to know what I can do to make him more comfortable. I was thinking of giving him a sponge bath and clean him up a bit before I took him to the vet but I don't know if that will hurt him.
I know there are other people on here who have had to euthanize their pet. What did you do, if anything, to keep him or her comfortable until it happened?
Should I bathe him? Or should I just do nothing?
Thanks to those of you of you who refrain from the sarcastic and pithy comments and give real answers.
6 AnswersOther - Pets10 years agowhat behaviors do domestic rabbits exhibit when dying?
I have a 12 year old Dutch bunny. The last 2 days he has been acting a little odd. He is going into the downstairs bathroom and hiding. He has never really gone in there before and all of sudden he is just kind of camping out there plus he is defecating A LOT...much more than usual which has always been prodigious.
In the last few months he has lost weight. Overall, he seems to have the same amount of energy so I'm not sure he is really dying or just acting strange.
Anyway, any advice from seasoned rabbit owners would be appreciated.

1 AnswerMovies1 decade agoWhy does my rabbit think he's a cat?
Ok my rabbit really doesn't think he is a cat but since we got the cat a few months ago, he has started to eat the cats food from time to time (its dry food) and I highly suspect he is using the cat's little box. He has plenty of food and he has his own box so I don't know why he would do this.
He is an 11- 12 year old Dutch bunny,so he is very old but since we got the cat a few months ago, he has become much more spry. He was are only pet for about 7 years and I am really surprised that he is doing this.
For all of the pet owners out there who have both a rabbit and a cat, do your animals "share" if they live in close proximity to each other? The cat just sort of indulges the rabbit which is surprising because I thought the cat would be more territory although we got him when he was a kitten and he was actually afraid of the rabbit at first. But now they are buddies.
So is this unusual and could the cat food pose a health risk to the rabbit?
5 AnswersOther - Pets1 decade agoTransitioning cat back to dry food?
I have a American shorthair male cat that is 11 months old. This is the first time I have had a cat so I am on a steep learning curve. Two months, I thought he wasn't getting enough food eating only dry food so I started giving him wet cat food. Well that has turned out to be a mistake. Not only will he not eat ANY dry food now but the food smells up the house, he goes to the bathroom much much more now and it is wetter and stinkier. The reason this is a problem is because I am a foster parent. If the state or the agency comes in and the house smells like urine or sees droppings on the floor, the children could be removed. The cat is potty trained but there seems to be more issues now that he is eating wet food then before. Plus, I think the rabbit may be eating it also.
Sooooo, my question is: how do I transition the cat back to dry food? I have just been feeding him dry food for the last few days but he is clearly not happy about it. Should I even try? Is it too late? Should I just continue to let him eat wet food?
I would really appreciate some advice from experienced cat owners.
Thanks

For some reason, my rabbit has started eating my kitten's dry food? He has food of his own but I guess he likes the kitten food.
Can rabbits digest dry kitten food?
He is a 11 or 12 year old Dutch rabbit so he is fairly old. We just got the kitten about 2 months ago but he has only recently started eating his food. I'm wondering if he is eating the food because it is meeting his needs better? Or is he just greedy? :0)
