  • how do i put a no contact order on someone?

There is a person who is extremely annoying me who has my email address and phone number. I don't always use this particular email address, yet there is all this 'junk' emails of confirmation of information such as the Zoosk personals and continuing education through Phoenix U. I have NEVER been to that personals site. I have other proof of the person ordering me an inappropriate item off an adult website and such. How do I put a NO CONTACT ORDER on this person? I live in Washington State if that helps.

  • can i relocate with my child out of state?

I currently live in Washington state, while my family all reside in Massachusetts. I have not been living with my son's father for a year and a half now and we are not married. I feel that it is in my sons best interest to be with my family since we celebrate traditions and holidays. He has about 5 cousins about his own age there as well. My relationship with my son's father is on a downward spiral and I may have to even put a no contact order up because he will not leave me alone for intimacy. Is there anyone who can help me?

  • I have a custody question?

My boyfriend and I had a child. We do not live together but I want to file for full custody. My boyfriend did sign an affidavit at our son's birth. Is there anything I need to know or do for living in the state of Washington? Anyone out there know about this kind of thing?

  • What legal advice is there for non-married couples?

I am not looking for any kind or type of judgement here, I simply need some advice. I am not married to my son's father and he went and cheated on me behind my back. Made a baby with his ex. Not his plan, but I am feeling really stuck out in Washington state while my family all reside back in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I need to know if I can leave this state without filing a parenting plan or child support. Is there anyone who knows about family law? I just keep feeling more and more frustrated with my boyfriend because of his risky behaviors.

  • is this the reason why my cat is vomiting?

In the recent past, I ended up having to buy a different cat food for my cats. But I have also noticed a trend that whenever my one cat would kill the wolf spiders in our house, she would vomit. I'm not sure what the cause is of her vomiting- the food or the wolf spiders? She doesn't eat them, just kills them.

  • what causes (this) facial swelling?

Both my 5 1/2 month old son and I woke with facial swelling. It's been kinda warm in our house, so it can't be an allergic reaction. Our house has (black) mold so I do not know if its due to that or maybe lack of something. It could very well be the heat, but I don't know for sure. Anyone have any ideas or opinions on what it could be?

  • Can I switch back & forth with formulas?

I started off with Similac formula with my baby. He is now nearly 6 months old, and I have been getting coupons for the Gerber brand. Is it okay to go back and forth between the Similac Organic and Gerber?

  • why am I not interested in intimacy?

I had an unplanned c-section 9 weeks ago and since then I've experienced the baby blues. I have been really wrapped up with caring for my new son. I am a first time mom (and 31), technically a single mom, although I live with my boyfriend. I am very fond of the fact that he adores me and wants sex like every day. But since my pregnancy I have not been very interested, nor even very 'excited'. Before my pregnancy I was always up for the intimacy and closeness. Now, I am just not very interested. Is this normal?

  • Why am I having a brown discharge?

I don't know if all these symptoms are related but lately my stools have been green & last night I had A LOT of brown discharge. It just all came out when I went to the bathroom. There was no odor. I don't know if this is related to the discharge, but I have also been experiencing green stools.

I had a c-section about 4 weeks ago, so it could be related to having that, I just don't know if I should contact my doctors office today or just wait until monday. How serious is this? If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Is this a normal 3rd trimester discomfort?

I'm 30 weeks along right now and having my first (boy). He is already head down and sits so low in me that certain movements actually hurt. My maternity clothes are too tight around the hip area (unless I wear a medium size). I have felt a pain, not vaginally, but a bit more up kinda like its interior of the cervix area at times, is this a normal discomfort? It's not all the time, but I feel it when I'm at rest laying down.

  • Is this a normal 3rd trimester discomfort?

I'm 29 weeks pregnant, diagnosed by my doctor with having a incompetent cervix. My bed rest is not strict, because it (my cervix) went back to a safe 2.1... Baby's head is low which makes a funneling, so my doctors are keeping me on progesterone shots, at risk for pre-term delivery.

My concern is that I have pains in my hips and low belly when I raise my legs- like changing pants or getting into bed. Is this a normal discomfort or should I be more concerned??

  • Conjunctivitis or blocked duct?

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and with the holiday of the New Year away from my home. I have had a runny (left) eye, and a little bit of a bloody nose (right nostril). My eye had been running off and on for about a week or so, but as soon as I got to my parents house when I woke next day, I had a green goop at the corner of my eye. Luckily, my sister had erythromycin ointment and I also bought some homeopathic eye drops (for pink eye). The ointment has been helping the dripping, but I've also had more nasal congestion, with my right nostril being bloody only when I blow. My concern is my eye problem mainly... because it acted so much like a blocked tear duct at first. I do no know if it really is conjunctivitis ? And if the medicine I'm taking is ok? I researched it and saw that it is. I cannot contact my doctor til after the holiday.

  • Is this related to black mold?

I'm right now about 17 weeks pregnant. I moved into my fiancee's house about 2 months ago. His house has water damage on the roof, causing (black) mold and moisture in the downstairs rooms. My asthma hasn't acted up too much but I started having allergy symptoms all of a sudden. I have been sneezing a lot, itchy stuffy nose that sometimes is bloody, almost like a cold. But I feel fine, so I know its allergy related. When I went to look downstairs, the color of the mold is BLACK. Does anyone think I am having a reaction to the black mold?!

  • what is causing a 7 yr old to do this?

My friends, nearly 7 years old, step son defecates around the house. I've been told he pees in the closet, he pees in his toys, he pooped out on their deck outside, etc., the list goes on. His older brother, 10, told me that he just doesn't ever want to simply wash his hands. I think there's something else that is deeper in meaning to why this boy does this. His mom has been divorced and remarried. The boys father really isn't in the picture, no sexual abuse to my knowledge. Both boys have learning disabilities. Is it just a learning disablement, developmental disorder, or something more on the psychological side?

  • Is a positive ovulation test equal to already being pregnant?

My menstrual cycles have been off since I went off the pill in April. I have had 2 cycles each in September and October. My man and I have unprotected sex at least 2-3 times a week since October. In November all I saw was some spotting in the beginning of the month that lasted 3 days. On the 29th I had light cramping and saw a little bit of blood. I have not had a real cycle really since October, and today I took an ovulation test that came positive. I read on the instructions that already being pregnant could give a false reading. I haven't taken a preg. test yet.... I have been feeling a bit nauseated at times. But I need some opinions. I know just simply taking a test is probably going to be the easiest yes or no. I had one done back in October being negative. It seems every time I do a test its always negative, that's why I hesitate on wasting more money.
